My mother loves it here. We had her transfered from another facility where she would not leave her room. The rooms were crowded and the halls smelled of urine. At The Landing of Long Cove she wants to go eat all of her meals in the dining room where she has made new friends. The staff here is terrific and the facility is very clean and organized.

My sister, sadly only 63, lived at the Landing both in the assisted living center and the memory care unit. Suffering from Lewy Body Dementia, she received excellent care from every person there. Our family was so grateful for this facility.

I have been coming to The Landing of Long Cove to see a family friend the past couple of months. My friend is extremely happy here. The staff is friendly, they are always willing to go above and beyond to make her feel at home. The nursing staff is wonderful and you can tell they actually CARE for their patients. Their food is great and they are always doing fun events with residents. I would highly recommend this place!

I am so glad we found The Landing of Long Cove for my husband. He moved into the Assisted Living side about 6 weeks ago. I am very happy with the way we are treated here. The aids and nurses are always ready to help with whatever he needs. He especially like for Asia to help him. Mary at the front desk is always welcoming and helpful. Zack, in the dining room is always patient and kind to everyone. Mike is also a gem. He drove my husband to an appointment and I met them there. He was so good to my husband and was very patient even though the appointment took longer than expected. The director is helpful and hands on. She really cares about all of the residents and it shows! I highly recommend checking out this place if you need a assisted living home for your loved one instead of just a facility.

When our father was diagnosed with Alzheimers, there was a very steep learning curve. Thanks to the administration, staff and support of The Landings of Long Cove, the transition to memory care has been much easier.Tammy has been instrumental in setting our father and family up for success. She has been consistently available to answer our questions, provide information and clarification and is completely transparent. She took the time to meet with us, learn about our father, set a plan in place for success and has followed through in every aspect.Brandon has been an angel sent from heaven. The security, consistency, kindness, patience, communication and peace hes provided to my father and my family allows us all to sleep better at night and worry less during the day. I truly dont know what we would do without Brandon.Kamby, Mary, Josh, Mike and Kaleena have all provided invaluable assistance, education, time and kindness for not only our father but for our family as well making this transition to memory care go as smoothly as possible.My family and I highly recommend the Landing at Long Cove for their attention and amazing care provided to our father. They have helped our father and our family navigate through this painful process in grace and love.

We had the privilege of participating in a fall parade and had a great time. The residents were thrilled and the staff was so appreciative and helpful. The ones who planned this went above and beyond to make the residents happy and enjoy the parade.

I cant say enough about my mothers recent move in at the Landing of Long Cove. Mary at the front desk is always so welcoming and goes above and beyond to accommodate us. The Administrator is always available and helped tremendously with the transition. Shared several books with the entire family, spent so much time with my mother during her first week. The nursing team is so genuine and caring. Diane leads her nurses by example, always helping out. The maintenance team is a dream. I feel so grateful that my mother is among a dream team. Mistakes have been made but everyone is so quick to correct it and are so truthful. This was a hard decision for my entire family, where to move, when to move, how to encourage my mother - the Landing of Long Cove has delivered, followed through and continues to deliver and follow through. I truly cannot express enough the value of the Landing of Long Cove. Thank you all for everything! You will always be part of our family.

My grandparents moved into The Landing of Long Cove several years ago. Since that time a lot of changes have occurred there including my grandfather passing away. I want to thank the people there that have become friends to my grandma. The employees there are amazing! Anytime that I have visited there, I have been welcomed and I feel very comfortable. Thank you to all that are there! My grandma loves you all!

What a nice experience. Was expecting just another pushy sales pitch with the tour but was pleasantly surprised with some Midwest Ohioan hospitality. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and super informative. We were presented with a little gift before we left which was a very nice touch. Definitely worth a look if you are starting to look at senior living and assisted care.

My mom moved to Long Cove in the last days of her life. Everyone there could not have been more amazing. They treated us like family as soon as we walked in. Everyone smiled and as we walked in and introduced themselves. During the time we were there, each person asked how they could help us and were quick to answer our requests. When we spent long hours in her room, they wheeled in a cart with snacks, coffee and water-soda. I wish we had more time with Mom for lots of reasons, including wanting her to enjoy more time with the wonderful people and facilities at Long Cove.

The Landing of Long Cove is a beautiful clean facility with a home like feel. The memory care unit is always vibrant and the residents are always active. They definitely take pride in the care they deliver to their residents and it shows.

My uncle moved to The Landing of Long Cove last month. My aunt and I are so happy that he is well taken care of. My aunt gets an updated call or email with a photo of my uncle weekly because they understand how hard this pandemic is on us because we cant come inside. The staff is so kind when we have our window visits. My uncle is happy too. I highly recommend The Landing of Long Cove to anyone who has a need for assisted living. We do!

My mom started on the assisted living side and is now on the memory care side. The staff are always very sweet and kind. The wonderful ladies who greet me at the front desk always have a smile and kind word. I know it is a very difficult job (especially for the nurses aides) but I can tell that it is not just a job to them they are always happy to serve (even when it is certainly not pleasant or easy to do so). I am able to visit my mom fairly often and the staff are receptive and engaging when I have feedback. These older folks are so precious and it is a privilege to be able to love on them and give back. It gives me peace knowing that my mom is being well cared for.

When my mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's, I worried about finding a place where she would be happy, and that we would be able to afford long term. When I walked into The Landing, I could tell that this would be a good place for Mom. The staff is wonderful, they go out of their way to help with anything we need and answer our questions. Mom was able to bring her cat, and having a private room is such a benefit for an independent woman who now has to give that up. I would recommend The Landing to anyone looking for a caring facility for their loved one.

I visited my aunt here at The Landing and I was a bit skeptical about retirement communities before arriving. I can say the team did a great job in eliminating all the negative stereotypes I had fixated in my mind. I'd recommend this place to everyone!

I stumbled upon Landing of Long Cove by accident actually. I had been looking for an assisted loving place to put my father in, that was close by, that had a friendly staff, and to accommodate my needs that I expected for my dad. The staff are all friendly and very welcoming! Its not over crowded and everyone knows me when I walk in, including the residents. They offer fun activities for the residents that families can also join in on. I can rest at night knowing that my dad is in a safe place, is taken care of and enjoys everyone as well as the activities.

I am a frequent visitor to this facility and I'm always impressed with the care and compassion I witness regularly. I formerly worked in the geriatric care field for 20 years. Being so I'm able to honestly say that the culture here seems to be a high priority for their leadership team. In the past year they have constantly had renovations occurring to continue to please residents and family members aesthetically as well. If you are looking for a community for someone you truly love, The Landing Of Long Cove will not disappoint you. The ambience is of love, care, and compassion daily!
