We just moved my mom in a little over a week ago from another facility and I have to say she is so much happier. So are we. The people are amazing along with the atmosphere. She has made so many new friends and is getting out and enjoying her life again! So thankful for this community.

I love working at Traditions of Lebanon, we have a great management team and great staff. I look forward to coming to work everyday. Beth is the best Executive Director to work for not only does she care about our residents, but she cares about the staff and will do anything she can to make you happy. I recommend that everyone brings their love ones to come stay with us. My kitchen staff and myself will blow your mind with our delicious food!

I love visiting Traditions. It is a beautiful & clean place. It is evident the employees all enjoy their jobs, as they all seem so happy! Assisting with crafts has been such a treat. Not only are the crafts fun, but very creative. The staff clearly takes pride and goes the distance for their residents!

Can't tell you how incredible this place is, specifically the Varietas Program (memory care). My mom was diagnosed with dementia earlier this year and was rapidly declining. We realized we could not give her the care she needed and searched for a place and program for her - Traditions and the Varietas Program is wonderful, they came to our house to do an evaluation, made recommendations and helped with all the paperwork. It is a beautiful place, nice rooms, feels very safe and the staff are amazing and friendly. After 2 weeks she went from struggling to make full sentences and hardly ever wanting to get up to having conversations, participating in crafts and activities and smiling like we haven't seen in a very long time!

The Varietas unit is absolutely awesome! The entire staff, unit manager, nurses, aides, coordinators, everyone is so caring and attentive. I visit often, on different days and times, everyone is receptive and open. My father never complains, he is well cared for, his room is always clean, he is very happy and getting the best care one could ever hope for. The unit manager responds quickly to any questions or concerns, is very helpful, shares updates and genuinely cares about the well-being of all the residents. The entire staff at Traditions of Lebanon, from intake to occupancy, is wonderful; I highly recommend this facility. I am thankful my father is in good hands and I truly appreciate each and every one of them!

I attended a blood drive there in July during Shark week, and was completely blown away buy their presentation. They had someone dressed up like a shark, we're giving away tee shirts and had everything laid out to a T. I was greeted when I walked in, the place was clean and the staff were out of this world. I only wish my mom was still alive so she could experience this place, as it was really nice to see people that genuinely care about what they're doing,, who they're doing it for and take pride in it! Great experience for a really good cause, would definitely do it again.

My mother has recently moved to Traditions and she absolutely loves it. I have been very impressed with how kind, respectful and friendly the staff are. I had dinner with my mother and the two young ladies working in the dining area and waiting on the residents were so friendly and helpful, they knew all the residents by name, worked hard and were cheerful the entire time. The staff at Traditions act like family and friends of the residents, and my mother is thriving in the happy environment that they create.

I would highly recommend this place. Staff is the friendliest I have ever been around. The wellness director, Leanne and the front desk, Kelly greet everyone with a smile and genuinely care about every resident and their families. Great, clean, bright atmosphere!

I am truly blessed to be part of the Traditions Family. I've been a nurse for 30 years and Traditions of Lebanon, hands down, does the best job at providing the residents with the best quality of life possible. The homelike atmosphere is comforting and socially rewarding, for the residents and the staff. Our culinary department prepares the BEST homecooked foods ever, i can't brag on them enough. Our activities department does a great job by having crafts, games, events, live entertainment, and/or outings scheduled 7 days a week, for all levels of care. Jackie, and our memory care team, are absolutely top notch, with more resident engagement than i have ever seen anywhere. I am in awe everyday of how our memory care residents just flourish here. Our Assisted Living is run by Leanne and her wonderful staff. They do an absolutely amazing job of taking care of every resident just like their own family. Our management team is just that, a team, from the Corporate level all the way down. The support and continued education i get from everyone is simply amazing and so appreciated. Most importantly, to create and manage a team that wants what's best for the residents, and each other, has to start with a solid leader. Beth, the Executive Director at Traditions of Lebanon, is that solid leader! She is kind, patient, very involved, fun, creative, incredibly hard working, the guru of all answers and so much more. I love going to work everyday because of our team's integrity, the fun-loving atmosphere but mostly because of the family we have created with residents and staff. I am so thankful to work in the home of all of our residents.
