I called on the morning of July 21, 2025, interested in an apartment. The woman told me she would put an application in the mail for me that day. Today is Thursday, July 31, and no application. I called them back because I felt like 9 mail days is more that sufficient. I got the same woman and she said she mailed it that day and that it’s the post offices fault.

I am not happy. I've been here 12 years this past April. I was told I could have a one bedroom within a year. Now I hear they are only giving new applicants the one bedrooms. NOT FAIR

Lots going on here, friendly people Close to everything yet quietly settled back from the busy streets in this parklike setting! Bingo, games, cards and special events. We even have outings away from the Manor.

Parking is a big problem. But it is a very social place.Friday they are having a luau.There is cards,bingo. It is in walking distance to Anderson Township Senior Center.This makes me happy.The fire dept.and police are literaly next door.
