I hired Interim Healthcare to take care of my sister who needed 24 hour care. From the very start they were extremely professional but most important straight forward and very caring. I live in NY and my sister lived in Florida and it was extremely hard as she had a condition which changed very quickly. Shweta was always available and I always felt my sisters care was of the utmost importance to her. She handled everything so efficiently and always communicated quickly and I always felt my sister was in great hands. All the caregivers were excellent and they became family. I was very happy that Interim cared very much about their employees and their welfare and I found this a great indicator of how good the company was. I dont post reviews very often but if this can help someone who is looking for care for a loved one consider Interim, I am happy. I know how difficult this time is and I highly recommend Ankur and Shweta and all their staff.

She will meet or call whenever we have questions. She is a great listener, kind and empathic. The caregivers have been a life saver! Our experience w- Schweta and her Interim Healthcare team was nothing less than OUTSTANDING!!! The biggest compliment we can give her is that she and her team members became family to us and our parents during an incredibly difficult time in all our lives and we know Schweta and her caretakers felt the same about us.We were referred to Schweta and Interim by Michael Brodie, an excellent assisted living placement coordinator. From the first time we spoke we could tell Schweta was a kind, considerate and compassion person and recognized she would care for our parents well.Our situation, like many others, was challenging in that neither myself nor my sister lived in South Florida where our parents resided, we both live in the Northeast. Schweta hersel, the owner of the company, came to our parents residence to meet them both for a few hours, got to know them, understand what kind of support they needed, their likes and dislikes when it came to food, cleanliness, caretaking etc. Our parents, especially our mom, were old school, tough as nails, prideful, independent people who had zero interest in having someone come into their home to help them with things theyd been handling their entire lives. Schweta was able to make them feel comfortable that the caretakers she would provide would support them as per their requests and they werent there to take over but rather to assist and convinced them to try for a day or a few days to see how it goes. The proof of course was in the pudding when the caretakers came into the home and how they would interact w- our parents.The first caretaker Schweta brought in by the name of Donna was a godsend. She was with both my parents for 18 months until both of their passing. She became my mothers best friend and confidant, in addition to being a phenomenal caretaker. She assisted mom, she didnt take over her duties. This enabled mom to feel that she was still in control and able to get things done the way that were important to her, whether it came to medicine management, cooking, cleaning or physical things like bathing.Of course, not all caretakers were a natural fit as sometimes my moms personality could be very challenging to interact with. In those instances, wed call Schweta up and her response would be no problem, completely understand, Ill have someone new there shortly and within a few hours wed have a new person caring for and tending to mom and dad.Schweta always put our parents wishes and needs above all else and for that we are so thankful.The most challenging time for us was during COVID 19. Our parents were in an assisted living facility, which started getting COVID cases. We wanted to move them back to their own apartment ASAP, however, we were in New York and not allowed to travel. They were truly miracle workers in getting the caretakers to pack up their belongings and safely move them to their apartment in the midst of a pandemic, while also driving them to a testing facility to confirm they werent infected prior to moving into a cleansed residence. Our anxiety and worry was at an all-time high, yet Schweta managed the situation without incident, calmed our fears, communicated with us throughout and got it done.Schweta was also a great reference for assistance in other areas. When we needed to get doctors to come to the home due to COVID 19 restrictions, Schweta was able to refer us to multiple services within minutes and a recommended provider.Schweta always keeps the wellbeing of your loved ones as her top priority, while also helping you as the caretaker in mind re: what it will mean for you as a loved one both from a personal and financial perspective.We cannot say enough good things about Schweta and Interim Healthcare and their services. We would truly have been lost without them. We consider Schweta, and the 2 key caretakers as family. Our parents have recently both passed away and looking back on our journey we are incredibly fortunate to have had them by our sides along the way.

Shweta worked at the speed of lightning and made arrangements for a nursing aide to stay with my mother until I reached home. Shweta made sure that the carer who came was kind caring and patient. And all this was done in the midst of quite a chaotic time during vacation season. The attention to detail and instant coordination are exemplary. I want to Thank whoever suggested Interim Healthcare (Ankur and Sk) for a live in for my Mother In Law. We needed assistance ASAP back in September when we found out that our private nurse who we thought we knew and loved was actually abusing my Mother In Law. Interim Healthcare both Ankur and SK came in and were Angels. They were extremely professional and paired the right Assistance to match my Mother In Law needs. They turned her frown upside down. Unfortunately my Mother In Law has passed away but knowing the last 2 months that she was loved and in excellent care put our entire family minds at ease. I spoke with Ankur from Interim when we needed help for our Dad. We were on a limited budget so we went in a different direction - and it truly was a mistake. When we really got in trouble and needed help, Ankurs wife Shweta instantly came to our rescue. She was at the house so much that my mom thought she was a care giver not the owner of the company. Ive never met such loving, caring, helpful people ever! Even before they knew we were using them - they gave us advice on how to make the home more friendly for someone in a wheel chair. When dealing with sick parents - you would be wise to have Interim on your side - its so difficult the reality behind aging - but Schweta cares for your parents like they are her own!

Interim has been caring for my mother for the last 2 years. I cannot express adequately how meaningful Shweta Kapoor, the owner, has been to our entire family. In addition to matching my mother up with an amazing woman named Anne, who is truly a wonderful companion and caregiver, Shweta has a great network and has facilitated setting up Chefs for Seniors (shout out to Kelley) and a cleaning service that keeps the house so clean you can eat off the floors, as they say. Shweta oversees everything with care and takes a sincere interest in the well being of her clients. My father is starting to need assistance and Shweta has him covered. She always makes herself available to talk or text to the family. Interim is the reason my parents are able to age in place right in their own home and we could not be more blessed.
