Resident came to facility with little or no money. Staff assisted him with everthing. Facility admin and starff went above and beyond. Resident was pan handling and staff saw him took pictures he denies it. He was verbally abusive to the staff and other residents. He tried to itimidate severalof the residents. He felft the facility owing a couple of thousand of dollars. Facility knew he was going to do this because he was desperate where he was living at previously no a/c, food, laundry etc... The facilty and staff downside is we have a heart for the residents cares too much fo above and beyond. His accusations are false.

I lived there 6 months had a few horrible residents the staff member [Name Removed] worst I had too prove it she was filmed and no longer works there I must of been right the management was even worse what you have is a administrator that traded 30000 a year for a piece of paper she wrote blue numbers on 253dollars per month wow how bright and [Name Removed] her sister was like a rat and rutted through my zippered pocket to take pictures of my sign and I was missing a small amount of money I looked around and found a new retirement home now they will have more time to to blow smoke up each other's butt about how good there doing it was the worst management better look else where

Better than some facilities out there. You as a family member needs to be on top of the owners, they can be overwhelmed and forgetful. Ive heard other residents have had their money missing. Jasmine has locked a resident out of her room to go through her stuff?
