My name is Ed and last July 2023 we needed an assisted living facility for my aunt and Tatiana and Coral plaza staff went way out of their way and met me and my aunt at the hospital and gave her a wonderful home filled with caring staff, nurses and especially Tatiana who is the admission/ marketing director sent from God. They are all angels and very caring towards my aunt and I am relieved she is in such a great assisted living facility compared to 20 other ones that I visited.

I want to say that since I first met Tatiana at Coral Plaza, I moved my mom in because of my interactions with her.The facility is very beautiful and refreshing. Love the brightness and cleanliness of the facility. Tatiana is a very nice and energetic lady. She explains things to your understanding, and make sure you ask all the questions that you feel too, she is very patient with you. I can tell from when I went in to sign my mom's documents that Tatiana is well liked from the residents and staff. I see that she is the GO TO PERSON. She made me feel welcomed and my mom loves it there. I can call Tatiana about anything and if she doesn't have the answers she will get it and let me know. I can see that she is very business oriented and friendly at the same time. It's because of Tatiana that I Love Coral Plaza for my mom. It is one of the Best facilities that I visited. Tatiana is a REAL . Ruth and all the staff are nice and helpful and very appreciated.

My mom has been at Coral Plaza since January 2023 and they have taken very good care of her. Tatiana is amazing. She helped me with the administration process. The staff is great. Ruth and Jen is always on hand to assist with any concerns or questions and the nurses have been so good to my mom- Collette, Merelda, the cook staff and the residents are very nice. The facility has been renovated and it is clean and Alexis does an amazing job with the talent and activities for the residents. I would recommend this ALF to anyone who is thinking about a place for their loved ones. Donna

I highly recommend this facility. My grandmother was here for many years prior to her passing. We currently have my father here. The staff is absolutely fantastic. Ruth who is on the directors is amazing Tatiana who is also in the directors is phenomenal and Jennifer, who is head of the nursing department is also. I highly recommend this facility. It's like one big family here and even on the holidays. It's like getting together with family.

My aunt needed to be in assisted living, which was very hard for the family. We checked other places and decided on this one, and it has worked out well. They were very welcoming and friendly to her and our family, and staff does a good job assisting her. We liked that they knew her name after our first visit to check it out, and by our second check-it-out time they actually welcomed her by name as we walked in without being reminded of it. Kudos to front desk who always greets us with a smile, and the employees who make a point of saying hello when we visit. There are daily activities (music hour, sno-cone truck, service animals, trivia games etc) that we can attend together that she enjoys. Meals are good. They are in the process of renovating and it will be nice to see how it all comes out. Feeling comfortable with her being there.

We all need to hear some positive in the world & I will start here. First impression with Tatiana was amazing. Meet & Greet was fabulous. She really loves the career she is in & along with the residents she brings into the establishment. I was so comfortable & at peace making this transition for my aunt. She always takes my calls & addresses my concerns. Alexis was so professional with my first tour of the facility. The entire staff of Coral Plaza are so pleasant & accommodating. Ms Jennifer & Kathleen (nurses) to name a few have been very accommodating. I wish I knew everyone's names that I see on my weekly visits. CNA's are so kind. Janitorial staff always smiles!!! Cafeteria staff are so personable!!! The gals at the front desk are always ready to greet anyone with a smile to whoever comes through the door!! I can go on & on!!! We all know some residents can be very challenging & if you work in this industry you truly have to have a heart & patience for this! Kudos to these peeps!!! I feel my aunt feels safe & content here in her new home. Thank you to the management & staff at Coral Plaza!!!

I've been at Coral Plaza now for six weeks, and love every minute of it. The people are great very friendly. The food is terrific and I would recommend Coral Plaza do anyone seeking a comfortable place to reside. Tatiana help me with all the necessary requirements to move here. I was staying in a place in Hollywood that was the pits, called Apollo Gardens. I wouldn't send the dog there. If you have any questions about this facility yet contact me and I will try to answer.

My experience here so far has been fantastic, the staff and Nurses always friendly and concern, the residents are friendly and helpful, the rooms are kept clean and neat by the staff, this is a great place to be. Tatiana has been friendly and helpful throughout the process on moving in here. Simon take good care of me in the dinning area, Jennifer is a good nurse always concern, Collet keep my room neat, and help me with my personal needs.

After a long search for just the right place for our dad, we came to Coral Plaza in Margate and we are just so grateful to be there! The staff is attentive, responsive and kind. They just bend over backward to be available and make our dad comfortable. We are thankful to have such peace of mind!

Helped my friend to relocate to Coral Plaza in Margate from his previous assisted living facility in Hollywood. At first we were not sure we were in the right place as it felt like we were entering a hotel lobby. We were immediately greeted by Tatiana who made the registration process smooth, fast & easy for my friend. Shoutout to Tatiana for her help & professionalism. This facility, unlike his previous place was spotlessly clean. The residents were all cheerful and enjoying the entertainment of the day. The food according to my friend is always very good. He has been there only a couple of weeks & I can see a total difference in my friend. He is extremely happy with Coral Plaza & I highly recommend this facility.

What an amazing place with an amazing staff! Due to unfortunate circumstances (loss of balance), my mother suddenly needed a skilled living facility to ensure her safety and well being. Coral Plaza, with their staff, activities and amenities was the perfect fit. My mother is happier than she has been in some time, she doesn't have to cook or clean and has no lack of peer companionship. The nursing staff accommodates both her needs and medications daily. They even have a great MD, on-site who now acts as her Primary physician. All-encompassing pricing ensures that no matter what level of care she needs, or will need will all be there for her at her same rate. Be sure to meet and direct your questions to Tatiana, she is very well versed in her field and will take you on a tour at your convenience. I could not ask for more - my mom is safe, well cared for and couldn't be happier.

Wow, I just happened to be looking up a phone number on Google and ran across the reviews for Coral Plaza. I would like to respond to the negative review posted five months ago. I have provided professional services at Coral Plaza on and off for the past nine years and will say I have never seen or otherwise observed any of the "issues" described or otherwise felt that any abuse, neglect or disrespect was shown to any resident. It has always been my observation that the staff treats everyone with dignity and respect and are very attentive to the individual needs of the residents. When I have been asked by families about Coral Plaza for possible care for their loved one, I have always highly recommended them for assisted living care and will continue doing so when asked for my professional opinion. I am not going into detail about the specific allegations written in that Google review but I will say I was in disbelief when I read the post. I could go on but if you are a client or family member reading reviews about Coral Plaza please do not consider the post I referred to as a representation of the care provided. I would love it if my parents ever decided to move to Coral Plaza.

From the minute I got in i felt the great energy. My father had some problems adjusting but within few weeks he adjusted and was happy. There 3 activity people who always make sure something happens. They have a van that takes the Residents to shopping and outside events. The management and staff is superb. This is a home not only to my father but to the rest of our family. Thank you
