just about everything has been ok except the noise is really really bad, they have these swamp buggies, yes swamp buggies at a retirement community and they are incredibly loud, whom ever came up with that idea, really did not think this out, and guess what, they are not for the residents they are used by employees, and as any reasonable person would expect when you buy toys like that they will get abused by the help, which happens quite often, sometimes in the middle of the night they wake up the whole building., they certainly are not using them for work, they are used to avoid work and they sure do make a hell of a lot of noise in the process, the noise level from these things is unacceptable, so be careful if you like naps and peace and quiet. or just watching your daytime shows. because a few bad apples have already ruined that.

Very caring staff in this beautiful facility. My aunt lived here for 15 years. She was one of the oldest and longest residents. 102 years old. She died in February and I met many of the staff as we arranged a Celebration of Life for her after the funeral so her friends could share their memories of her with the family. The wait staff and Director of Food Services were very accommodating throughout the entire process, but more important, through her entire 15 years! I have visited other communities and Edgewater is extremely lovely, well maintained and the residents enjoy living there. I met three other women 101 -102 years old, so the lifestyle at Edgewater certainly contributes to a long happy healthy life.

My my dad moved in over 2 years ago into independent living and of course, it was an adjustment, although everyone was so helpful. The food was good and now the new chef is even better….wow!!! I run a luxury hotel and cant believe how good the food is for my dad. Management listens and is quick to help if you need anything. I adore the sales people here as well as the aids, physical therapists, drivers etc. An aid saved my dads life when he first moved in after a minor procedure by calling me to say my dad wasnt himself. He doesn't need aid and is thriving thanks to everyone at Acts. We are so happy. Valerie Blasi c/o Chris Criscuolos daughter.

Great Nursing care. Nursing assistants get dirt pay. A shame. All Florida hospitals pay care partners lousy, nd they work so hard. Make sure ur loved one reads it the scripts well upon discharge. Cause the doctor that wrote my moms out, messed them up. And put her thru hell.

I went there to visit a friend, the place is very nice and amazing start from the security guy to the receptionist. They take a little time to let you in but it's better for the security of the residents. Good job guys on making this place a paradise in heaven for our senior people. Keep up the great job
