All of her love for us comes straight from her heart. From the moment I became a resident of Stratford she did and still does everything in her power to make sure all is going well with me. Everyone here loves her, from the residents to the staff! Her light truly shines wherever she is. I thank her with all of my heart. I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful the Stratford Court community of caregivers, in Boca Raton, Florida, are. I have been my father's full time caregiver for almost four years. He's 95 years old. My father has been in their Skilled Nursing, several times, and now has moved into their Assisted Living facility. To describe the facilities in one word…beautiful. To describe the people who work there, would take a book. Kindness, attentiveness, professional, caring, going the extra mile, I could go on and on. PJ, Michael, and their teams are amazing. I wish I could list all their names because they all deserve praise.

My name is Randi, my Dad Larry started at the Independent Living for a few months and recently moved into the Assisted Living since he needed more care. My Dad was happy at the Independent living, nice staff, good food and a beautiful and clean building. He is now at the Assisted living and has made an easy transition. Everyday he tells me how caring and kind the staff members are. They take care of his every need and check on him throughout the day. He joins social activities, eats in the dining room and is so comfortable in his apartment. Dad is happy so I am happy too.

My mom has been at Stratford for the past 11 years. Since moving to a recently renovated apartment the cleaning situation had improved since my last review when for her original apartment. This is probably due to the individual who now cleans the apartment. An inconvenience is that all the entrances have been changed to using key fobs. Each unit receives ONE fob. My mom needs aides who must park in the back parking lot - they cannot access the Addison building without a key fob. The long walk to the front of the building through parking lots is an inconvenience - rain, heat, etc. All entrances except the front main entrance require fobs. So if we are visiting we cannot access any other entrance. Family should be issued an emergency key fob in addition to the one given to the resident.

Mom has lived at Independent Living for over 2 years. When she needed to move to Assisted Living, we had lots of help/advice and the move went very smoothly. The place is clean and feels very safe. Lots of activities in both areas and they really go out of their way to encourage participation in the Assisted Living, which mom needs. I have to mention one individual, Morgan Schneider, who was one of the most caring people I have ever met. She worked hard on any concern we had and followed through every time. All in all, Mom has been very happy here. We would make the same decision again!

I recently toured Stratford Court independent and assisted living living communities at this facility for a family member. I was impressed with the longevity of staff, the willingness and friendliness of the staff to assist me, the aroma of food being served, the happiness of the residents in each of the two types of living communities and the apartments in each of the living communities. The program/activities offere, pricing and level of care offered, along with resident assessment by the nurse are on par. My family member will be moving in to Stratford Court, assisted living and we are excited for the care and attention she will be receiving from staff who seem to love what they do. The apartment and hallways and common areas are all clean and provide a welcoming and safe environment .

When it became obvious that my Dad could no longer live independently or with us, we were heartbroken. We scoured and researched EVERY facility in the Boca Raton area, with some costing double and triple what we pay now...Stratford Court/Brighton Gardens stood head and shoulders above ALL OTHERS, and at a fraction of the price! The past 7 years have been a testament to our making the right decision! From the top down—from Kevin Mitzner, to the ladies at the front desk, to the maintenance people, to the nursing staff (who knew our names though we had never previously met, which means they actual LISTENED to my dad) everyone treated us with respect, while showing a genuine interest in my dad's well-being—and all with grace and humility! Brighton Gardens was one of THEE BEST DECISIONS we ever made!

This place is first rate!!!! My mother spent 6 weeks here recovering from a stroke. The care was fantastic. She's 96 and the hospital was going to recommend hospice and let her go. But after 6 weeks she's carrying on lucid conversation and is getting use of her arm and leg back Better yet she enjoyed therapy!!!!she usually hates therapy

I would like to take this time to thank you for the excellent staff and rehab program you have at Strafford Court. My mom, Maria Argote, has been at 4 different rehab centers nearby and by far, this has been the BEST one. God willing, she doesn't have to go to any other rehab center but if she does, this one will be my only choice. Everyone took such good care of her and everyone was very nice when we went to visit, especially Susan (she knew exactly who I was every time I came). They were always there for her and they were very accommodating. Despite not having television access in Spanish, she was able to stay there for almost two months. Believe me, this was difficult for her but she loved the service and she managed because someone provided her with a tablet so she can watch TV in Spanish. It was either Lea or Laura, that gave her the tablet. Onellia, the social worker was AMAZING. She always visited my mom and was on top of everything while she was there, during discharge, and she also set up home care. I didn't have to do anything, she did it all for me, which was very helpful. She went above and beyond and I appreciate her for that. When it comes to the nurses, they were all wonderful but we really miss Hurguette. If I could, I would hire her to come to take care of my mom. She is caring, loving, patient, has a passion for what she does, and always paid close attention to my mom's health and any other patient's needs. We found out my mom had an infection because of her. She always took such good care of her rash, cough, and any other condition that my mom had while she was there. We all started calling her "the Good Nurse." It was very noticeable when she was not there. She is one of a kind. Joel and Tania were very kind and helpful as well. The therapists were excellent as well. They really cared about her, they did their job, and they made adjustments as they go based on my mom's needs. My mom would tell me that they would always stop by to see how she was doing in her room. My mom's favorite therapist was Didier. She felt that he would talk to her during therapy to put her at ease and he treated her as if she was his mother. It was a blessing that they all spoke Spanish. Felix, Maria, and Rafael also did an amazing job. My mom loves them all. They helped her a lot during the rehab process and they also treated her well. She misses all of them. When they came to do therapy at home, the therapist said that at the rehab center, they did a great job showing her how she must walk and how to do the exercises correctly. In regards to the food, Nora and Wendy were very accommodating, and knowing that my mom only spoke Spanish, one of them would always come to take her order. They paid close attention to what my mom liked and didn't like to eat. Both of them always had a smile on their face and treated my mom as if she was a family member. Here are some people that I didn't interact with but my mom did and asked me to recognize them as well. Lea, Laura, Emily, Maya, Herber, and Marie. I have no doubt that are amazing people that helped my mom feel comfortable at the center. THANK YOU SO MUCH for establishing this out-of-this-world rehab center where the staff treats the patients as if they are one of their family members. This place should be used as a model for other rehab centers. Truly blessed that my mom was there specially when I had to travel for work. I was able to leave knowing that my mom was going to be ok.

My 93 year old mother is moving into this complex, and both she and I couldn't be happier with our experience so far. We have received lots of help from the sales manager Tom and Morgan in sales ss well as the moving "coordinator" Heidi. The facility is nice and clean, the staff friendly, the food quite good (we have not tried breakfast, however, and have been advised it is a simple Continental breakfast. For now my mother is moving into the "adult living" facility, though that name doesn't do justice to the assistance one receives there. House cleaning including bedding, rides to doctor appointments & shopping, in house medical alert system and much more. Compared to the other nearby places we looked at, the prices are very reasonable too.

They would have received five stars from me, but when my mother was being transferred to a facilty closer to my home, the social services director dropped the ball on many different levels. While there for 2.5 years my mother received wonderful care, the staff was incredible, particularly through the pandemic and they cared for my mother genuinely. It's the best in the Bcca area!

My mother was a patient at Stratford Court post hip surgery, her recovery was faster than expected thanks to the hard and dedicated work of the physical therapists, nurses, patient care assistants, nutritional department, occupational /speech therapists and physicians. The managers of each department were on top of my mother's progress and ensured her continued care post discharge. The environment is pleasant and clean. I highly recommend this facility!

My mom has been at Stratford for the past 5 years. Recently since the change in management, owner - the level of housekeeping and general upkeep of the independent living apartments has worsened.I have written a letter to the manager but have not gotten any reply.The dining staff and activities staff are wonderful. The people who we meet on a daily basis there are friendly and try their best to make residents feel secure.However the housekeeping staff needs improvement. I didnt know when we signed the lease 6 years ago that we would need to find and pay for her own cleaning staff in order to keep my moms apartment clean and safe.I would appreciate hearing from others about this concern.

In every Skilled Nursing Facility, there are great staff that really care about the people living there and are extremely helpful. They also all have a few bad apples and this place is no exception. The place is very nice, the food is pretty good, and there are lots of lovely people working there. My mom is 94 and has been at Stratford Courts since April 20015. She was in another facility, Living in their Independent area until having heart procedure, then needed more care, I was not happy with the way they cared for my mom at this other place so started looking elsewhere.My friend told me this is where her mom was. So I made appointment with them for a tour, was very impressed.The staff is wonderful, friendly, kind, thoughtful. These are the people you want to take care of your love ones.They play Bingo, cards, have bus rides for the ones who want to go out on outings. Musicians come and sing for an hour which is so much fun,. Family night,which is every few months, is so much fun. They put out a big spread of food, drinks, desserts and the staff gets everyone up with them to dance and sing, the fun flows the whole time!!!The staff make you feel like family and what more can you ask for, Your love ones will love this place.!! PLEASE CHECK IT OUT...
