My parents moved to Stratford Court in January, and I’m so pleased to share how happy they are with their new home. The transition was incredibly smooth, well beyond our expectations, thanks to the kind, supportive, and professional staff who made my parents feel welcome and cared for right from the start. What has meant the most to me is seeing how genuinely happy and at home they are now. My mother is engaged in resident committees and dad is making friends at a men's club, and both have found a renewed sense of community and purpose. During my visit in February, I had the pleasure of meeting PJ Petkovic, the wonderful managing director of Stratford, whose warmth and leadership are clearly reflected in the entire community. I live overseas and it’s a comfort knowing my parents are in a place where they are respected, engaged, and well taken care of. We’re incredibly grateful and highly recommend Stratford Court to anyone considering senior living for their loved ones.

My name is Philip Klipstein, and I recently had my first visit to Stratford Court of Boca Pointe, where my in-laws, Elaine and Hank Kleinman, have been living for just over a year. I had heard good things from them, but seeing it firsthand made a real impression. What stood out immediately was the sense of energy and community. This isn’t just a place to live”it’s a place where people genuinely engage. My mother-in-law is now happily involved in a Yiddish club as well as resident committees (she had spent many years in local politics), and my father-in-law has taken part in a resident-written musical, which says a lot about the creativity and opportunities available here. The staff play a big role in making that happen. General Manager PJ Petrovic sets a tone that is both professional and welcoming. The amazing Curtis Sawyer, who oversees events, clearly puts a great deal of thought into creating a varied and lively program”there always seemed to be something interesting going on. I also want to mention Morgan Cone, Director of Resident Services, who made our stay in the guest apartment smooth and comfortable; her attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Overall, my visit left me with a strong sense that Stratford Court is a place where residents can stay active, connected, and fulfilled. It was reassuring to see my in-laws so well settled and genuinely enjoying their lives there.

My mom wasn’t there very long due to personal reasons, but I have to say it was such a warm and welcoming community. I would highly recommend anyone exploring independent living optionsyou should definitely visit Stratford Court. What really stood out to me was how open and supportive the staff were. They welcomed families at any time of day or night and were always checking in to make sure my mom had everything she needed. It’s also a very social environment, with so many residents, you never feel alone.

I spent five weeks at Stratford Court subacute rehab facility after having my gallbladder removed at Boca Raton Regional Hospital. The one person who was exceptional was Jackie Barrett who is the rehab director. I can't say enough to give her the correct amount of praise she deserves. Her demeanor was always so positive and there was always a smile on her face that it was very motivating. Jackie represented the attitude and skill of the rest of the rehab personnel . Jackie, thank you so much for helping me big time along the way. In addition, Laurie and Katherine in activities were just so positive and enthusiastic and presented such a diverse program of entertainment. For the last several months however, she has been expressing to me how impressed she is with the Activities Director, Curtis Sawyer. She is impressed by his strong organizational skills and of his excellent communication abilities in planning and managing. He has been able to build a strong relationship with Mom. He clearly has the essential qualities..empathy, patience and passion that has successfully engaged her and her fellow residents to enthusiastically participate in the events at Stratford Court. some people say "all assisted living facilities are alike..." I can flat out tell you that isn't the case for my elderly parent at Stratford Court. This is their second experience in Boca Raton, and even though the two places are similar in price, Stratford is SO MUCH BETTER! Everything from the culture of the staff members, all the way up to the GM, who is wonderful, to the chef/kitchen staff, and the nurses/caregivers are exactly what you would hope your parent experiences in their final years and limited time with us. I cant recommend this place enough. BTW, the grounds are beautiful, and its a great location near everything one needs nearby. Don't miss it if you're looking for assisted living for your loved one in south Florida!!

Stratford Court has kept my mom alive for years. She is 98 now. Living there 11 years. The nursing care is wonderful. The staff and the aids are the kindest people. And then there is Curtis. How to describe Curtis? The most wonderful, empathetic and fun person you could ever hope to meet. Curtis is the man in charge of entertainment and he is very beloved by all. A wonderful man. Dr G. Just moved my mom into the Stratford & I cannot believe how amazing the transition has been! Tara and Denise were warm and welcoming- they assisted us with apt decisions, provided recommendations for movers and health care professionals in the area. Tara did group video chats with mom and myself (NY) to show us different apts and answer questions. Upon arrival all the staff were amazing, Pete at the front desk, Nick from Security, Morgan from Activities and various maintenance staff were all friendly and welcoming! The residents were warm and inviting- I left mom this morning and she had a card game set up and had dinner with her new neighbor! When I spoke with her a few minutes ago she was exhausted and said this was a great decision ! Special thanks to the executive director PJ, who spoke with us numerous times to make sure mom’s transition went smoothly! Can’t wait to visit her next month!

A perfect 10... I interviewed a total of 8 separate Assisted Living facilities in the Boca Raton area. They all had advantages and disadvantages. The Facilities differed in amenities, some more showy than others. But the glitz and glamor faded quickly, after I met with the folks at Stratford Court. The one obvious point that allowed me to quickly make my decision, The Staff. Every member of the staff I spoke with, ranging from the initial Greeters in the lobby, to the Nursing staff supplying medication, demonstrated Professionalism and Passion, in their care for the residents. Mom is happy, thriving and content in her new home. I’d recommend Stratford Court whole heartedly, to anyone thinking about having a Loved One, in an Assisted Living environment.

My mother was in the rehab for 30 days and transferred to Strattford assisted living. When choosing where she will go after she no longer can manage assisted living we will not choose Stratford court as an option for any further skilled nursing care. Due to the turnover and the burn out of the nursing staff and the aides the care is delivered without any meaningful care either restorative, palliative or just hospitality oriented. I visited a resident from assisted living who moved upstairs recently after a hospital stay. The aide was folding the tablecloth and attempting to reset the table for the next meal while a patient was still eating her lunch. You will never see a smile for as long as your parent or loved one is up in this rehab. The physical therapy will leave your parent facing a wall or parked in the lobby for many hours. The food was edible. The rooms were renovated but the bell rings all day and night as so many people are ringing for help and the care team is just so uncaring. Choking was common because the caregivers are not present or their backs are turned away. I witnessed a choking. The EMT's were there often shuttling people back and forth to the hospital. Maybe 1 nice sincere caregiver in the whole group. Get in and out as soon as possible and move on. Shameful to have such a nice independent living and a nice assisted living and to not move your staff around to challenge their skills and sincerity.

I won't discredit the entire facility, but Pete gets ZERO stars as he is unfit to work here. Unfortunately the only staff member I've spoken to is Pete. Pete is very rude, inconsiderate, lazy and selfish. It makes me very uncomfortable for my elderly family member to have this man at the front door. I came to drop off some Thanksgiving dinner for my uncle. We were headed out for lunch but I had needed to leave dinner for him to have later. Pete pointed in a general direction to put the food in a fridge. I walked down the hallway and saw no labels saying break room or anything. I don't know where much is in this building, and Pete just pointed me down a random hallway and never asked for any ID. My uncle and I still couldn't find it and he told me to go further and further. I found a room with a door that barely opened because a canvas painting was blocking the way. Then I had to climb over a box, kneel down with one leg on the other side of the door because I could barely fit. I was concerned that my uncle would have difficulty getting it out, and so was he. I asked Pete if I could take it to his room and he got way too close to me and said "Whats wrong with him getting it, he ain't crippled?!" I said he clearly has mobility issues so what can we do to assist him? Pete told me "If you can get it in, you can get it out" Yelling and way too close to me by the way. He asked my name once I was near the door. I said no thank you not interested because I didn't have a reason to continue discussion. He kept asking "what's your name" aggressively making fists and puffing his chest up for whatever reason. I left for lunch upset and worried for my uncle who has someone incompetent and evil at the desk. I ended up talking with my family at lunch. We decided to all go in while we help make sure the food gets to his room, since he was clearly NOT going to receive help from anyone but family. Me, my husband, his mother and her friend all walked in. Pete ONLY asked me to check in on the front kiosk and let everyone else walk in. NOT ONE ID WAS CHECKED. Clearly security is not taken seriously as anyone is allowed to just walk in. He had me print out my own sticker up front while everyone else was allowed in. My husband asked Pete for help finding the room with the food and he refused to help. I went into a few wrong rooms and came back to ask for help and Pete said "It's where you left it". My husband and uncle found the room on their own with no help from Pete. We went to the room with the piano. My uncle sang a couple beautiful songs to another gentleman's piano playing. We had a lovely time and went home. I'm still so shaken and bothered that someone like this is at the front desk working with our elderly. Allowing anyone in. Being so disrespectful and unhelpful. *IT SHOULD NOT BE THIS HARD TO DROP OFF DINNER FOR AN ELDERLY FAMILY MEMBER* I left a voicemail and sent a text for Morgan and am awaiting her reply. No one should be treated this way. Caregiving and protecting our elderly for this price tag should come with basic respect.

My father lived at both Stratford Court and Brighton Gardens. He truly enjoyed the staff and the facilities. He instantly felt at home there. The staff was kind, patient, helpful, and incredible support to my father when he began to have health issues. They were responsive to his needs and emergencies, and kept us informed. They made an effort to include us as his family. He had a couple of trips to the hospital and we were honestly relieved when he would return to Brighton Gardens. We knew they would care for him properly, ask the right questions and keep us in the loop. I cannot say enough about the staff and culture there. The whole place has a warmth and energy we didn’t feel at other places that we toured for my father to live. Many of the staff we encountered had been there for years. We cannot thank the staff enough for their excellent care and support.

He’s 95 years old. My father has been in their Skilled Nursing, several times, and now has moved into their Assisted Living facility. To describe the facilities in one word..beautiful. My name is Randi, my Dad Larry started at the Independent Living for a few months and recently moved into the Assisted Living since he needed more care. My Dad was happy at the Independent living, nice staff, good food and a beautiful and clean building. He is now at the Assisted living and has made an easy transition. Everyday he tells me how caring and kind the staff members are. They take care of his every need and check on him throughout the day. My mom has been at Stratford for the past 11 years. Since moving to a recently renovated apartment the cleaning situation had improved since my last review when for her original apartment. This is probably due to the individual who now cleans the apartment. An inconvenience is that all the entrances have been changed to using key fobs. Each unit receives ONE fob. My mom needs aides who must park in the back parking lot - they cannot access the Addison building without a key fob. The long walk to the front of the building through parking lots is an inconvenience - rain, heat, etc. All entrances except the front main entrance require fobs. So if we are visiting we cannot access any other entrance. Family should be issued an emergency key fob in addition to the one given to the resident.

I recently toured Stratford Court independent and assisted living living communities at this facility for a family member. I was impressed with the longevity of staff, the willingness and friendliness of the staff to assist me, the aroma of food being served, the happiness of the residents in each of the two types of living communities and the apartments in each of the living communities. The program/activities offere, pricing and level of care offered, along with resident assessment by the nurse are on par. My family member will be moving in to Stratford Court, assisted living and we are excited for the care and attention she will be receiving from staff who seem to love what they do. The apartment and hallways and common areas are all clean and provide a welcoming and safe environment .

When it became obvious that my Dad could no longer live independently or with us, we were heartbroken. We scoured and researched EVERY facility in the Boca Raton area, with some costing double and triple what we pay now...Stratford Court/Brighton Gardens stood head and shoulders above ALL OTHERS, and at a fraction of the price! The past 7 years have been a testament to our making the right decision! From the top down”from Kevin Mitzner, to the ladies at the front desk, to the maintenance people, to the nursing staff (who knew our names though we had never previously met, which means they actual LISTENED to my dad) everyone treated us with respect, while showing a genuine interest in my dad’s well-being”and all with grace and humility! Brighton Gardens was one of THEE BEST DECISIONS we ever made!
