We've had an excellent experience with the Vi. We found a nice apartment there for my Mom. The sales team, interior design team, restaurant, maintenance, housekeeping —all the staff have been wonderful. My Mom is in her first months there now and loves it. Overall, all the staff is very responsive, professional and super kind and friendly.

Searching for a retirement community for my mother-in-law was an incredibly stressful experience. She is 84 years old and lived in the same home for over 55 years. However, it was really time for her to upgrade to an independent living community. After looking at many options both in her hometown and in Miami near us, the Vi was the obvious choice. They emphasize community for their residents and give so much support for their residents' day-to-day lives. I cannot commend the people of the Vi enough. They made every step easy. Everyone from the sales team, valet, concierge desk, housekeeping, security, nurses' office, even the coffee shop were friendly and helpful. The Vi's team made move-in a breeze. The Vi really understands the process the family goes through at this time of life, and I am so thankful to them for their kindness and support during the transition. I have to give special recognition to Amy Rosen, our lead sales representative. She really went above and beyond her job title in getting Mom comfortable and settled in her new home. Amy's assistant Douglas was very friendly and responsive. And Maria Peguero did an excellent job ensuring Mom's apartment was 100% ready before her move-in date (painted, lights installed… broom-clean ready!). Mom is now very happy and feels SAFE. Her quality of life has improved 200% with what the Vi gives her: weekly housekeeping (including washing and changing bedding); daily dinner; home maintenance included; nurses' office; beauty salon; grocery delivery brought to her kitchen… and people her own age to socialize with every day. I wish she had made this move 10 years earlier.

After visiting several retirement communities, primarily in Palm Beach County, upon a friend's advice we took a drive south to Vi at Aventura. Upon arriving at the entrance and walking into the majestic lobby, we just looked around and immediately thought "This is the place for us." Everyone was so welcoming, with smiles and friendly greetings. Once we saw the apartments and met several of the staff, we just knew that we had found our new home. After a 90-day renovation of our apartment we found everything to be even better than expected. We love our apartment with its beautiful views, the entire staff is so warm and accommodating, the food is wonderful, and there are activities to keep one busy throughout the day. To simply say that we are extremely happy here doesn't do justice to Vi. We literally wake up with a smile knowing that each day we spend here will be better than the last. Don and Joyce Bloom

Making the decision to transition into a retirement style of living either in an independent or assisted living environment can be one of the most stressful times in life. I have been deliberating that possibility for sometime and recently decided the time has come to make that move. In selecting Vi at Aventura, that decision has been made so much easier and my mind has been put to ease about the move. Aside from a beautiful environment and very functional apartments from which to select, the personnel there are professionals in every sense. The amenities offered are exceptional as well. I find my self looking forward to my upcoming move in date.

Just one month living in Aventura's paradise, Vi at Aventura. From the moment you enter the gate to the Valet, to the Concierge, the Sales team, the Restaurants, the elegance of the facility. All is here. Everybody is kind, pleasant and only God knows how they manage but they always know your name, always. The entire experience of living here, enjoying activities, enjoying meeting people, attending in house shows, conferences, it is just perfect. You don't have to go out if what is offering is interesting. Also, there are many things they offer to all residents i.e.: outings to theaters, to well known restaurants, etc. and the best, the Vi Transportation team will drive you. They will also take you to the market, shopping, doctors appointments. I give my short experience living at the Vi at Aventura a 5 star review.!!!

We recently moved my mom into Vi Living Aventura, and I must say that the experience throughout the process has exceeded my expectations in every way. After spending 30 years in her beloved home, the idea of transitioning to a new environment, for my mom who is 81, was initially very daunting which is to be expected. Amy Rosen was our primary contact from when we first visited Vi as well as the subsequent visits over a year's time where we saw my mom become more comfortable with the idea of joining the Vi community. I would like to credit Amy for her help with this as she arranged a few meet/greet sessions for my Mom to meet the residents and get a better sense of what living in the community would be like. Amy was with us every step of the way, including when we initially got my mom settled in. She was compassionate, understanding, and patient along the way which made a big difference....so thank you Amy! Doug Campbell and Maria Peguero were also extremely helpful in ensuring the move went smoothly and we really did feel like we were in great hands every step of the way! Thank you Doug and Maria! In addition, the entire staff at Vi has shown a level of attention and kindness towards my mom that is truly heartwarming. They are not only competent but treat her with respect and are attentive and responsive. This has certainly had a positive impact on my mom's overall well-being and happiness and certainly given me and my siblings peace of mind! I was also impressed with the facilities at Vi and beautiful apartment layouts available to choose from. My mom's apartment is without question nicer than the one I live in just up the road! In addition, the programming selection is terrific with plenty of activities for the residents to choose from and many opportunities and events to engage socially with other residents. I wholeheartedly recommend Vi Living Aventura CCRC to anyone seeking a supportive and caring community for their senior loved ones. This whole experience was beyond our expectations and we are so happy we made the decision to have this be my mom's next forever home!

After my wife and I initially visited Vi at Aventura a month ago, last week we returned to spend 4 days there in an effort to determine if the community would be a good cultural fit for our remaining retirement years. At the conclusion of our visit, the answer was a resounding yes. We spent quality time with the staff from the most senior to the most junior levels and found they shared the same values in terms of meeting the varied needs of a diversified community of residents. No question was considered too invasive or inappropriate and we were made to feel right at home. We are looking forward to moving into the community in the early fall.

I had the pleasure of getting a tour of Vi Aventura this week, and I was totally impressed! The common areas, apartments, views and landscaping are gorgeous, and the food was delicious (they have a French chef ). The many amenities include an artists studio, a business center, beauty salon, spa, gym and a huge indoor pool. Everything was spotless and COVID guidelines are strictly followed . But more importantly for me was the beautiful interactions I witnessed between the staff and residents. It went beyond good service. I saw kindness and genuine consideration. I saw happy residents doing fun activities and living peacefully. I want to live there! ☮

When my mother made the decision to leave the home she had been living in for 30 years, the people at the Vi helped us with everything from moving details to helping my mom meet new people in the community. I can not recommend the Vi highly enough. If youre lucky enough to secure space there for your parents they will be happy and you will be happy knowing your loved ones are well taken care of.

Plus meals in the dining room were delightful. Since COVID life has slowed down a bit, but being taken care of day and night is so heartwarming. My mom just turned 92 and is fast approaching her fifth anniversary living at the Vi at Aventura. She moved in less than a year after my dads passing. Her move there has been one of the best things she has done in her life. She has thrived there. The staff is uniformly wonderful, the public spaces beautiful. There was a recent complete redecoration of the place despite it looking great before the renovations. The administration responds above and beyond reasonable expectations. The one time residents were evacuated due to a potential hurricane, her experience made her feel as though she was on vacation. The response to COVID-19 has been exemplary; I feel my mom is as save as possible given the circumstances. My only regret is that my dad resisted moving there; I think he would have actually enjoyed it and my mom would have had even more time in paradise. While not inexpensive, it is well worth the cost and the availability of nursing care, should it become necessary, is a blessing.

I see the Vi of Aventura as “a beautiful woman with no heart” “un mujer muy Bonita sin corazon. They are so cold it is all about money. Very very expensive $$$$$. They buy very expensive furniture to impress people but have no idea how to give a s—t. She was sick and on the assisted medical care side and could not get water all day and her personal aide could not leave her. I finally came with a pitcher of water at 11 at night. Insane Nd so expensive. Only for people in very early stages of dementia or crippled. I regret letting my aunt force her to go there . And I have to live with it. She was happier on Cape Cod. Good one next toBell to er mall best to keep at your home and have a small dog. They love to put things away and keep busy and organize. Good luck. Just love them

This is the greatest rehab center. Everyone is very helpful and competent. They listen to you when you need anything and provide it if at all possible. The food is exceptional with a great wait staff when you are able to go to the dining room. The physical therapy staff are very caring about your pain levels and respond to your feelings. They are cheerful and make you feel that you are the only one in the rehab center during your therapy.
