Aspen House has a Caring staff who listen to your needs and concerns. A real relief after spending days trying to find someone who met our needs. So glad you are here to help us! And the birthday cupcakes were awesome!

If you love your family member, you will NEVER place them in Aspen House! My mom was in House 1 for 4 months and I have removed her from that facility. Consistently understaffed, caregivers that are not appropriately trained, no communication among staff, inadequate supervision, unsanitary and unsafe conditions, medications not given as prescribed, medications not given timely or accurately, inadequate medical records, residents required to sit all day long in a cold group sitting area with absolutely no activities other than a loud, obnoxious, blaring TV. My mom went into Aspen House with her own clothes, shoes and possessions most of which could not be found when we removed her. She very rarely had on her own clothes. She was rarely bathed properly, her hair never combed, her undergarments wet and soiled and family had to regularly ask to have her changed, bedding was minimal at best with never enough blankets on the bed for nighttime! Carpeting not clean and bathrooms were never sanitized appropriately. Other comments above list personnel who worked there but none of them are still there. Recent State violations and visits with no change in conditions or Administration. My mom was "lost" by personnel one night and found asleep in the laundry room on a pile of pooped on and peed on bed linens during the middle of a COVID outbreak at the facility. Then on another occasion, in only the 4 months she was at the facility, she was "lost" again and found in the kitchen with no clothes on trying to find a knife to kill herself. Never any apology or communication with Administrator of facility. According to State Regulations, the kitchen door is always supposed to be locked! My mom went multiple days without her meds; some of her meds found on the floor in her bedroom. Information below is a lie...no beautician on site, there are NO activities on site, no devotional services, no aging in place (when you cannot move on your own or are too loud or require too much care...you have to leave), THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO NURSES ON STAFF, THERE ARE BARELY ANY CNAs, there is ABSOLUTELY NO beauty and barber services! Need I say more????

We visited our loved one today who was having a challenging and emotional day. Ida was so helpful to encourage us and support us on how to comfort our loved one and create a calming environment! The previous day Marianne was equally helpful and so good to our loved one! Thank you to both Ida and Marianne for your caring attitude towards family and our loved one!

This place took a hit from Covid recently that was handled as best as it possibly could be. The staffed that stayed through this worked lots of hours and made thing work during the crisis. Staff that is still here works hard to make residents happy and comfortable. These caregivers are some of the best !

Aspen House is a wonderful community. They provide great care and have such a homelike feel.

Exceptional care! My mom recently passed at her home Aspen House the first week of January 2021. Little backstory my mom was the first residents at the first building when they opened over two years ago. It is important when I love one has dementia or Alzheimers to give them a home, and aspen house does that no matter the complications with covid, the different owners of company, its the staff that makes the home for our loved ones. I work in the medical field Ive worked with patients and residents that have these horrible diseases, I know what to look for when it comes to a well-rounded team that I can say the staff at Aspen house goes above and beyond. With my experience with them I can say that the staff was not just professional, caring, but loving towards my mom. It is rare to find staff that arent just looking for a paycheck, but love what they do and thats how they build their team and if somebody doesnt fit that, they dont last. Having that type of heart ensures that your loved ones will be well taken care of no matter the time of the day, or night.... Good days or bad days at whatever age, or stage of the disease theyre in. It gave me reassurance, and peace of mind knowing that my mom was in good hands with people that cared for her and loved her when I couldnt be there for her everyday. Communication is excellent with the current administrator, and management. I have nothing negative to say about the staff at Aspen house. Thank you for reading.

Aspen house did a wonder job caring for my wifes dad who was suffering from dementia. They kept him comforted in his final days and were always loving and caring towards him. We appreciate all of their efforts and highly recommend this facility.
February 2021
Aspen House staff and caregivers are truly amazing! Our dad was in the late stages of Alzheimers and was fortunate enough to live out the rest of his time in the care of these skilled individuals. He was loved, respected, cared for, and treated with the dignity that he deserved. It was a tough decision to place our dad in a memory care facility but to see how happy and well adjusted he became shortly after admittance, confirmed for us that we made the right decision. There are lots of memory care facilities out there to choose from and we thank God that he led us to Aspen House.

Aspen House is absolutely a first class memory care community in Loveland, CO. I have recently referred 2 individuals to Aspen House through Brandon Moore, and both families that he helped have personally expressed their appreciation to me, and couldnt be happier with the community. Working in the senior living industry myself, when the situation calls for it, I will have no hesitation to refer those who need memory care to the wonderful folks at Aspen House Memory Care.
