The memory care at Hillcrest at Loveland has been a great experience for the last two years for my 95 year young mother. All of the caregiving staff are very caring and extremely competent. I love the caring employees at Hillcrest. They all know my Mother and take good care of her. It makes it fun for Mom and our Family. The facility is always so clean and decorative. The kitchen is very good to Mom and spoil her. Thank you all for making us feel so welcome as we visit often.

I enjoy all the residents here. Everyone is friendly. This is a great company since I cant be with family all the time. The views of the mountains are beautiful from our back yard. Another great thing about this community is the always availible menu that lets you have a wide range of selection.

Hillcrest has steadily gone downhill in the last 2 years. Maintenance is completely unresponsive. We submitted a work order, repeatedly asked the head of maintenance for status, and nothing. It's been over a year now.... The 'security system' at the front door is a joke (for resident safety, I will not share details.) They have massive turnover of staff and those remaining cannot possibly manage the load so promised services are not being fulfilled. The quality of food has dropped to unacceptable levels as have the quantities (two of many examples: selected cottage cheese for a meal and was literally given one teaspoon with the meal; hot meals replaced by cold sandwiches with one paper-thin slice of lunchmeat.) Our initial experience was wonderful so it saddens me to write this review. MBK Corporate needs to sit up and pay attention.

My mom has lived in Hillcrest's independent living for 7 years so far and loves it. The food is good, rooms are clean and facility is nicely decorated. She loves participating in provided art classes, activities and uses the exercise room daily. The residents and staff are very welcoming when we visit. I highly recommend Hillcrest of Loveland.

I work for a Homehealth company who provides therapy services to the residents at Hillcrest and am very fortunate to be able to work in a Senior Community that really goes above and beyond for their residents care. The facility itself is very clean and immaculate, the staff are so friendly and helpful and the residents genuinely appear happy to live here.

My Dads wife did ample research to find the perfect facility to place my Dad when his Alzheimers disease had progressed to the point she could no longer care for him at home. I trusted her implicitly and was not disappointed with her commitment to Hillcrest. My Dad moved into their Memory Care wing just two weeks before Covid wreaked havoc in the world and we were unable to visit him. But the staff, which feels so formal now to refer to them as such, did an amazing job of getting to know him and caring for him, which wasnt always easy, in our mandated absence. They worked with Pathways Hospice to ensure he was receiving the needed proper and progressing care and when the time came to transition, my Dads wife and I were allowed to be with him as much as we wanted despite Covid restrictions still being in place. Those final days were beautiful and brutal but it helped knowing he was tenderly cared for when we couldnt be there. I knew he was in good hands when the girls cried with me over him.

My mom started off in Independent Living at Hillcrest, moved to Independent Plus, and then to Assisted Living. She was extremely happy there, and we couldn't have asked for better care. The staff was totally awesome, and I truly felt that each one of them cared for my mom. I went to sleep every night knowing she was in the best hands ever!

We couldnt have chosen a more perfect place for our mother to spend the final few weeks of her life. Our family was deeply touched by the special effort and sensitivity that was consistently demonstrated. Everyone who visited commented on the beautiful surroundings, and the warmth and friendliness of the staff. As much as we miss our mom, well always remember our experience at Hillcrest with fondness and gratitude.

All the Hillcrest staff has been so helpful getting to know my dad and figuring out the best fit for him in terms of care, social interactions, and safety. It is a lovely, sunny place where he can engage in lots of activities or retreat for peaceful solitude.

Hillcrest is beautiful inside and out, and is a place where everyone wants to age in place. The leadership team is amazing and creates a fun, lively, and classy place for our seniors to live and thrive.
