Most of my experience here has been positive. The floor staff, kitchen staff, and QMAPs are kind and helpful for the most part. There are a couple staff who act as though the residents are an inconvenience. A couple of concerns are: medications that have been mixed up or unable to find when needed, no snack cart anymore (this was recently stopped), small meal portions, an incident in which the juice was moldy and fermenting and was served to residents, and the flies. Positives are: most of the staff care deeply for the residents and will help them in any way they can, and it is calm with nice places to sit and relax.

The medical staff here is amazing. Very helpful and caring. Always taking time to talk to family members. Jean and Carol are also very kind and helpful. Have only one person be short and not helpful to my Mom or me. Otherwise they are the best. Thank you for taking good care of my Mom and taking the time to talk to me and keep me to date.

Joanne, Megan and the staff are WONDERFUL!! They made our dad feel very welcome and are so gracious about my mom visiting regularly. Its like a little family there and we just love it. Dad says this is country club living!!!!
