The Center at Rock Creek is amazing! From the beginning, our family engaged with the Director of Admissions, Aleshia, who successfully navigated us through the enrollment process to get one of our family members admitted for extreme insomnia that was affecting his overall health. Aleshia's help made all the difference, as she was professional, caring, and had him admitted within 48 hours. While at the Center of Rock Creek our family member worked with an overall case worker, and occupational and physical therapists who were all extremely knowledgeable and professional. We visited the Center at Rock Creek every couple of days and witnessed first-hand the exceptional levels of expertise by all of the staff, the cleanliness, high-quality facility and physical therapy room/equipment, services, and food. Our family member improved immediately and has experienced significant improvement in his strength, balance, and restful nights of sleep once again. We would not be where we are today without the wonderful help by all professionals and Aleshia at the Center at Rock Creek - so thank you once again on behalf of our very grateful family! Robyn

I went to Rock Creek for PT/OT following a spinal fusion that I had done at MCR. The staff at Rock creek were phenomenal. They were accommodating and I was very impressed with the professionalism of my nurses - Kelly and Sarah; and therapists Tye, Brad, and Julie. The food was also out of this world- will definitely be recommending RC to all of my friends and family!! Thanks again!!

I also would leave NO stars and a negative rating if I could. I don't even know where to start! She had supplements that WE provided thrown away in error because they manufacture date was read as an expiration date. They had no right to throw anything away! We could have resolved the error or returned them for a refund if they were indeed expired. They only did what was necessary with her. After Medicare refused to insure her because of her "refusal" to participate in PT, she was ignored and neglected. I had to cut her toenails because they refused to do so over some BS policy. I've been a CNA and that is one of their jobs. Basically they were afraid of harming her which is BS. There is such a thing as taking your time and being careful. Multiple times I walked in to see people at the nurses station on the computer or doing NOTHING. Multiple times my Mom told me that she would ask for help and they would turn around and walk out while telling her they didn't have time or were too busy! She was treated as if she no longer mattered because they weren't "making any money off her". This is what the admissions director of the new facility she is in was told when she took my Mom out of there! Since when does it matter what a facility looks like (hotel setting)? That to me means that the are more concerned with esthetics than the quality of care they DON'T provide! They also threw away her plants because the ambulance refused to take them with the rest of her stuff when she transferred. I guess because they couldn't just throw them in a bag like they did everything else! I live an hour away and I didn't think I had to go up there to supervise what was going on but I SHOULD HAVE! Then I get lip service from Jarod (maintenance director) who made it seem like he was the one in charge when he's NOT; that he would do better next time with stuff like that after he saw how I was affected that they could just THROW away a living thing in the TRASH. Does that tell you anything? Oh and there is the constant rotation of staff where NO ONE knows what's going on from day to day. Every day I had to talk to someone different about my mom and reiterate her "story" so they were all on the same page. I also had issues with communicating with her so-called "case manager". She NEVER returned a call even when I asked. I had to be available when SHE called and I had to call out how my Mom was being treated when I was told the reason they had a hard time finding a new place for her was because of her attitude! Her attitude sucked because they didn't show her ANY love; AT ALL. She was left to herself ALL DAY. The NEVER took her out into the common area in a wheel chair to visit with other people. She was there from March '22 until beginning of November and she got a shower ONCE! These people did as little as possible with her and only the bare minimum. I think what is going on here also is that not only are they short staffed, which doesn't help, but the employees are under some policy where they are not allowed to criticize their employer which is TOTAL BS!!! That is suppression of FREE SPEECH which is what we have in this country! How is change going to happen if you can't voice your concerns? I feel bad for these people but they have to get over their fear of losing their job and rise up to the way this "business" is being run. I also found out that their parent company, Veritas, is run by a GROUP of doctors that never see their patients and is traded on Wall St! When are people going to take priority again? This is ABSURD! A large corporation is in charge of all of these "Centers" which always are focused on PROFIT, not people. She was also at the Center in Greeley where they put a catheter in my Mom so they wouldn't have to put up with her incontinence! They also cut her hair against her will. I could go on but basically you get the idea. I encourage you to contact me at [removed] if you have similar complaints. I WILL be making a formal complaint about both Centers to the State as well. They WILL investigate. I'm thinking a class action lawsuit is in order. I'll be checking back to see if this gets erased also. 😉

We are so grateful to everyone at the facility for the competent and compassionate care they provided while my mom was there! We were so impressed by every single staff member we worked with, in all departments! They far exceeded our expectations in caring for my mom, and for our entire family. But we were equally impressed by the caring interactions we observed between staff and those patients who didn’t have family and friends visiting. It’s clear they truly care about and respect the dignity of each patient. Just can’t say enough good things about our experience!

If I could leave a negative rating I would! My father was there to do rehab after suffering a stroke and recovering from surgery. He had clothes in a drawer and all of a sudden they came up missing. When the director was confronted about the missing items he asked if I could identify any of the clothing. I told him yes all my father's clothes were labeled with his name. The very next day the clothes showed up. The room ALWAYS had a odor when I asked the staff about it they would say housekeeping has not cleaned that room yet. I informed the director the room had an odor and the floor was sticky. How was this a hospital type setting if the rooms were not clean?! My father was left in a wheelchair for more than 3 hours and was injured when he was moved from a wheel chair back to the bed. The social worker could never be reached either by phone or email. It was a joke trying to reach her. I finally ended up going through the director to get everything accomplished. Then when it came time to move my father, I had to do all the leg work, they did not even tell me when my father was accepted by a facility! I sent several emails and called no response. The facility we chose we had to set everything up so my father could be moved and then the social worked from the new facility had to go over to the Center at Rock Creek to obtain paperwork and have him moved. The Center for Rock Creek needs to be evaluated by the health department and the Department of Regulatory Agencies.

My sister, Kim made a lot of progress when she enrolled in the independent living section on the second floor. She came to know both the staff and administrators at the Suites and socially became one of the group up there. Food was good and she appreciated the assistance they gave her with the meals, meds, laundry and cleaning. Therapy gang amazing. So kind and supportive. Loved CNAs and Nurses as well. Food over the top terrific and wait staff crazy fun. Even enjoyed maintenance men. Spent five weeks getting me strong enough to go home. Yes I would go again if the need arises.

I have been here for eight weeks and I have found that the CNAs and nurses have done a fantastic job they move like chickens with their heads cut off. There knowledge and skill is above average I came in with a severe foot injury with bacteria went from the bottom to the outside of the foot I am now due to their hard work working with physical and occupational therapy can get walking again. The crew with PT and OT are working me hard and if all goes right I will be leaving in a week. And thinking of the restaurant The food is Exceptionally good with low sodium and a good diet. The taste is great !! I forgot to mention the programs from playing cards to wheelchair golf I forgot to mention the programs playing cards to wheelchair golf to animal visits and I will not leave you out the monthly birthday party celebrated for everyone that has a birthday in the month are you here!

My mom recently fractured her right arm and when she was in the hospital, we needed to find a place for her to rehab after she was discharged. We were given a list of rehab places from the orthopedic unit at PVH, and after looking bewildered on our choices, we found a map on the second page and recognized a new facility that we had seen in south FTC, the Suites on Ziegler Rd. We were very impressed with the facility on the outside, and googled their website. It looked almost too good to be true, resort type rehab facility? We mentioned to the hospital staff that we wanted to talk with someone from the Suites. Bree from the Suites came and visited us in the hospital and explained the facility and their program. She had such a kind spirit and answered all our questions. Our thoughts were, if the facility is as sweet and caring as Bree, we knew my mom would be in the perfect place. She only had a short stay there, eventhough during that time everyone made her feel welcome and at home. The nurses, PT, dining and admin staff were very kind and extremely professional. This is the type of facility you would find in Aspen or Vail! We are very fortunate to have them in FTC. My mom had the BEST of care from beginning to end!

If your doctor says you need good food and excellent physical therapy after your hospitalization, this is the place to go. My week there was as good as it gets. The food was so good I had them cater our Easter dinner and everyone loved the food. I still do some of the exercises the physical and occupational therapy recommended. I highly recommend The Suites

The Suites Fort Collins is one of the best options for Sub-Acute Rehabilitation in Northern Colorado. I work for a home health company and there are times when our patients need more support than what they can access at home. I love when they pick the Suites because I know the Suites team will work quickly to ensure we make the process as painless as possible for me and, most importantly, our patients. I have never walked through the door without a warm greeting. Their leadership team is responsive and available, the food is fantastic and their therapy team is top-notch! Keep up the great work!

My mother stayed at the Suites for two weeks and received rehab after a fall. I was impressed by how fast she improved and how strong she was after just two weeks. I was most touched by the day we checked out. The physical therapists gave her a standing ovation down the hallway as we went to the car. Mom felt the people were wonderful to her.

I am a respiratory practitioner for the last 34 years. I work in skilled nursing facilities all over Colorado. One of the best facilities that Ive ever seen is the suites Fort Collins. The administration is very caring and very much all about the patient, the director of nurses Is outstanding also as well as the entire nursing staff. The physical therapy department is also state of the art and outstanding. I highly recommend this facility for anyone who wants great year from the caring and loving staff.

My brother was in the skilled nursing facility in October and then transferred to the assisted living facility for November and December. The level of care and service were outstanding! From Chef Jeff to the nurses Nicole and Amber and everyone who cared for my brother... I was impressed every time I visited him. Rae and Michael at the assisted living facility also made his stay there comfortable and they went beyond the normal expectations. I currently work here as an employee and love it. I am a full-time physical therapist, and the rehab team is absolutely amazing. The facility is obviously gorgeous and all of the equipment is top-notch. Our rehab team finds individual needs for each guest, and personalizes their rehab plan to get them healthy and home as fast as possible. We have the best physical, occupational, and speech therapists in the area and we are equipped to treat any physical or cognitive impairment. The company is building another facility in Loveland and its only a matter of time before The Suites is the GO-TO rehab facility in Northern Colorado. I really hope you choose to come rehab with us.

My grandpa recently was a resident at The Suites and there couldnt have been better place for him to be. The facility is very well kept and very clean. The entire staff from the C.N.A.s to the nurses to that administrative staff to even the cooks are all awesome!! They treated us all very kindly and didnt even blink an eye when the entire family (there are roughly 20 of us) practically moved in during my grandpas final days. The care team for my grandpa treated him with such compassion and made sure he was as comfortable as he could be. They also made sure that the family had everything that we needed when we were staying there overnight and all day. The Suites is awesome and I could go on for days about how great the staff is – they will forever be remembered by our family during a hard time.
