I have lived here since November 2017. All the personnel have been so helpful especially to me who considers herself a 20th century woman and not a 21st century woman.All requests for any maintenance problems have been taken care of promptly.I have no complaints.All the residents are so nice and friendly.Not a sourpuss among them .

Affinity at Fort Collins has proven to be exceptional in all aspects of the facility, staff, business, friendliness, resources, activities and courtesy. The staff Is the key to the success of this facility. After researching eight facilities Affinity was the best and I know this is where I want to always live!!

Affinity at Fort Collins is a well organized business. Staff is always ready to answer any concerns we have. We had a problem with our blinds and it was fixed in a timely and efficient manner. Maintenance is great.

The amenities are great but under utilized meaning pool, etc. is not crowded except for occasional group activity. The Theatre is a nice addition. The rent is high but it is safe and on a dead end street. Nice comfortable walking distance from shopping and dinning. Resident activities abound including free Happy Hour in Pub. The garage and carport parking is limited and cost extra. Maintenance staff turnover challenges upkeep.

Every step of the way from finding a perfect apartment and through the leasing process, the staff at Affinity at Fort Collins (Hannah and Shelby) were so helpful, professional, and so pleasant to work with. The week before I was due to move in, I found a home to purchase. Once again the staff was so accommodating and were a able to re-rent it, terminating my lease. What a breath of fresh air to work with such competent folks. I highly recommend Affinity at Fort Collins.

I may be new at Affinity of Fort Collins but I am fully aware already of what a wonderful place this is. I dont even mind the cold weather as I just moved in having come from The Sunshine State. Most of all, I feel safe. Then, I feel happy at the pleasant spaces provided for resident enjoyment and also I appreciate the staff. The staff feels like family and try to help in every way. The apartments are bright and have every convenience. You can choose what you want to do or just relax in your own apartment. No having all those extra monthly bills is also a plus as your rent includes everything but your phone. Affinity is and will be my home sweet home I pray for many years to come.

Ive been a resident at Affinity 55+ Ft Collins, since July 2017, staff are very freirndly and warm.Affinity is conveniently located to access the interstate and close to stores. And you have all of the amenities to enjoy, and visit with other residents or your family to stop by and visit.

Wonderful, pet-friendly, active 55 plus communityMy husband and I love Affinity! The staff are warm and welcoming. They are open to suggestions and are quick to address any concerns and requests. I have had the privilege of greeting for some of our open houses and events, and share with guests that they can be a hermit by staying in their apartment all day. Or, they can choose from several activities and events offered every single day. We especially enjoy the happy hours on Thursdays that the staff graciously provide for us. Theres also 30,000 square feet of common space with multiple activities and amenities. I have grown accustomed to taking so many of these for granted. Everything is open and available 24-7. We especially appreciate the fact that ours is a secure building. We like that we can lock and leave for any length time. Plus, EVERYTHING is included in our rent: TV, internet, heating and cooling, electric, trash, water, sewer….you name it and its taken care of. We only pay for our cell phones! Our building has both elevators and stairs, all of which are inside. In fact, you dont even have to go outside for your mail! Having our own washer and dryer was a must for us…...no floor sharing. The residents are also amazing! Affinity may not be for everyone, as we have had a few negative Nellies and Neds who have wanted to have ownership and control. This is not an HOA! I, however, am thankful that the staff have to report to the owners. I do not, and I dont want to. Having been an assistant officer manager for Falk Realty (rentals) in State College, PA (Penn State country), I appreciate all that is done for us here at Affinity. We do NOT own! Whew! We lease. Affinity is one of the best rentals for Seniors in Fort Collins! Come and see for yourselves!

Just moving in...so far it is a five for me. Apartments are nice, the staff has been amazing, and the residents have been super friendly. I will update around six months and let you know my opinion then!
