Primrose Megan Casey and the gang and the residents are all the best. Live there a couple of years ago for nearly 2 years. Didn't realize how great it was to be there. Can't wait to get back. Hope that I'm able to get in as soon as possible. Need to move back to Colorado and start a brand new chapter in my life. Looking to having some fun look forward to seeing all of you guys soon.

Being an RN that frequently sees patients at Primrose Place and Heritage house for more than 10 years, I have always witnessed the excellent care and respect to each resident! The staff and management/owners have the best interest of the residents during easy and difficult times. Both establishments are clean and well kept. Several residents have voiced to me on multiple occasions, how happy they are with living at this Assisted Living Facility.

My adult son has lived at Primrose for over 15 years. I cant say enough about how wo nderful they are. They make him feel at home and like its his home. They treat him well and take very good care of his medicine and Dr. Appointment. He is very content there. I cant think of one bad thing or dissgreement we have evert hsd with them.Their .top notch and you would be lucky to become part ofTheir family.

Everyone REALLY CARES, and they SHOW IT!! from the OWNER, (Miss Vak-the BEST!!!)Manager (tammy, TIRELESS WORKER!!)QMAPs, (CARE, Go ABOVE and VEYOND, ALWAYS THERE, to HELP OUT, in ABY WAY that they CAN!! Cooks, (BEKAH-ROCKSTAR! susie-keeps everyone-DOWN TO EARTH!) Maintainance-(Todd, (and tammy)-(pitching in their DAYS OFF, MATERIALS, FINANCES, RECOURSES, and LIMITLESS, EXPERTISE!!), as well as all the Residents! Everyone, is FAMILY! everyone is HELPFUL, RESPECTFUL, KIND, GENEROUS, and SELFLESS!!

Im shocked and dismayed about the review from michelle feller. I happen to work here and this is an awesome place all the residents love it here and they love the workers. Maybe she called at a really bad time. Ive never heard anyone be disrespectful to anyone on the phone ever. And im one of the awesome cooks. I'd like to know what kind of event it was that she wanted our residents to attend. They go to events and activities on a daily basis. Maybe she should come in and visit us. And then she will know why were 5 stars.
