My husband is in Memory at Windsong. There are always at least 4 aides always there working on each side. Also, there is a nurse on duty during the week and activities director who I have seen, painting nails, playing pool, and wearing a costume one day for the residents. The employees CARE. They care about their residents and their families. The aides listen to concerns and get back with answers. I would highly recommend this facility.
