Wendy Martin was a great Executive Director. She had a caring personality to all her staffs and residents. Many staffs and residents like her in Sagebrook Senior living. I very admired Wendy because she actually work with the staffs and listen. She was not the type of person who just like sit behind the desk with the close door. She was a great leader and understanding how to manage the facility. Sagebrook had become a better place for the residents because of our caring Executive Directors and staffs who stand up and helps to make to the place better for residents. I was a Med Tech worked under Wendy. I enjoyed having Wendy as my boss. She was my best boss I worked close with. She easy to communicate and talk with. She is very friendly. Wendy make me and my staffs feel very comfortable to talk with. I very much appreciated all Wendy hard work, caring, supports, listens and understanding boss . Sagebrook Senior Living is luck to have a caring Executive director. Sad is our wonderful boss have to transfer and leave us.Good luck Wendy! Thank you so much. we will meet again some day.

My mother has lived at Sagebrook 2 1, 2 years. She has received safe, individualized care with lots of activities. The activity director has been outstanding to keep everyone engaged and to provide many compliments and praise to the residents. The administrative staff have kept us informed and provided several safe ways to stay in touch with our family members especially during Covid precautions. The facility is clean and food good. My mom has many resident friends and has enjoyed her time here.

The facility is clean and nice. Although, my mother has not made it easy on them, the staff has been accommodating and friendly. They have worked hard to adjust and change to her needs in order to keep her as safe and comfortable as possible with her current decline. They have been good at responding to my questions and walking my sister and I through this transition.

Sagebrook of Bellevue is the best location I have stayed in. Have done three, three week stays in locations in Ballard, Newcastle and now Bellevue in April. Nursing staff very good and facility is well taken care of. Only complaint is the food needs improving.

I love this place, sad to see a bad review on here. As a family we were encouraged to review the community so here I go!The ED who came onboard is really great. My family enjoys the open communication and ongoing support weekly ED meetings with my father and we can attend-the new ED stared this. Its going through a management change which needed to happen. We are happy with how things are changing and the employees who brought down the happiness are now gone. My father is in Memory Care and Anna is amazing and the pricing is great. We have annual increases but every place does this by far has been the nicest, cleanest and most cost effective option we have found, we are thankful. The Caregivers are attentive and engaging. Although they need more activities outside oeverall we are very happy

My experience with Sagebrook has overall been very positive. From the beginning the staff have been very helpful, welcoming, professional and caring of both my father and our family. They have worked with my dad by helping him to adjust into his new studio home in memory care, which he now proudly calls home. He tells me via our Portal calls that he really enjoys the big window in his studio that looks out onto the garden and also says that he is really enjoying his meals. We Portal chat due to COVID visitation restrictions and when we do he is happy, he looks put together and cared for and his room looks clean and orderly. The nursing staff is quick to notify me of anything new or concerning that is happening with him. During this unprecedented time of COVID restrictions the Portal calls have bridged the gap that have enabled us to visit and see how he is doing giving us additional peace of mind. Ultimately, I feel that we made the right decision in choosing Sagebrook for our Dads care. Our thanks go out to all of the staff.

We enjoyed our tour here when we were looking for a place for our mom. We untimely chose sage brook. We love Anna and all she does for our mom. The staff does a good job keeping the memory care residents active. Thanks for all you do.

Sagebrook is now becoming an enjoyable place to live. With the arrival of a new cook our meals have become quite good. We also have ways to stay fit regardless of our mobility. Not only do we have Fitness Fun week days, Tai Ji Quan three days a week, but a new recently begunitness program called Ageility which my husband and I are really enjoying because it meets our personal needs.

My aunt was living on her own and was in a position where she needed additional care.The staff at Sagebrook helped us when we had no clue where to begin.They responded immediately providing us with options and helped us find the perfect apartment for our aunt. Shes loves her new apartment and when we visit, the staff calls us by name, it really feels just like a family.Its a Smaller community with a homelike feel with a lot of caring people and pets are welcome too!I know that she is in good hands there with their staff!

My grandmother has lived here for almost 2 years. She really likes the new director and although the new team just took over she said its getting better every day. I felt compelled to recommend this because she is finally engaging. There have been changes and are increases every year but that is normal, trust me I looked around!!! The new people seem nice and like they are cleaning things up. My grandmother is hard to please, but she is happy and feels part of the community. Im happy things are finally on the way to a good change.

This is a wonderful place! The personal amount of care if they give cannot be better! The front office is excellent the nurse in charge is fantastic and every single one of the caregivers is prompt and professional. I think its very important that you understand I looked at a lot of other places and this was the best! What first attracted me to this was not only that it was close to my house but it had wonderful outdoor seating areas and gardens and did not seem like an assisted living place. They have a chef that produces world class soups and excellent meals. The pricing is very straightforward and there are no surprises. We love the housekeeping and weekly laundry service at no extra charge. The director Ed is wonderful to deal with and really knows whats going on inside his first class assisted-living senior center. The extracurricular activities is pretty incredible to include trips to the Snoqualmie Falls and other weekly outings that are all different for each day! I was impressed with the barbecue they had inside the courtyard on the Fourth of July! And most of all the bottom line for this place was the pricing was fair and that was what made our final decision to have my mom move in. And once again , the health care givers that is the people that tend to your loved one , actually do it with love! And they are first class people! My mom moved in on June 2.
