In the setting of a nursing shortage and abundant challenges in health care, the care and attention paid to my family was second to none. All of the RNs, LPNs, and aids provided compassion, comfort and support. They anticipated our needs before we even knew we had them, and welcomed us warmly. Instead of visitors we felt like guests. They patiently listened to our questions (even the ones they had already answered) and helped us to be a part of our loved-one’s care team. Medications were right on time, and our loved was was kept relaxed and comfortable. As a nurse myself, I have pretty high standards, and Harbor Hill staff truly went above and beyond. We are so grateful for their kindness, professionalism and love. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

My mother has been there for 10+ months and the experience has been nothing but outstanding. She’s made tons of friends, the food has been fantastic, and the staff are SUPER attentive and caring. I moved her from another facility which was MORE expensive and deserves a 1-star rating b/c they’re so bad. If you’re looking for a GREAT place for your mom or dad, you’d be very hard pressed to find any other facility that’s on par with Stroudwater.

I am SO glad we decided on Woodlands Assisted Living when we were looking for a new “home” for my Mom 10 years ago. The Staff is absolutely wonderful, and both my sister and I are secure in the fact that Mom is so well taken care of, and completely safe. We don’t worry about her at all. Since the Covid 19 Virus situation, they have been extra careful with all the residents, and I know our Mom continues to stay healthy because of their hard work.

Schooner Estates has provided a warm, caring and happy environment for my 93 year old mother. All the staff have been approachable, very capable and compassionate in their daily interactions with my mother and my family members. The atmosphere is so positive and happy. I have worked in healthcare for many years. It is very difficult for staff to feel appreciated and supported so that they can be at their best for clients. Sometimes it is so hard to care for aging loved ones. There is a genuine sense of caring from the staff. Team members appear to be respected and appreciated which is reflected in the treatment of everyone in their care.
