24hr homecare don't know whats going on to they where a great place to work for their 12hr shifts now we only get 4 hr shifts and very far from we waste gas to drive really far i wish they get better i love them but very little hours.

Employees in charge of scheduling (Barbara, Ariane) pleasant, kind, friendly, professional, and accommodating. Employees sent out to assist were excellent. Customer service is top-notch; someone would always call me to follow-up to ensure that there werent any issues that needed to be resolved. Very happy with this establishment; employees are to be commended for outstanding service.

I was hospitalized and needed care for my wife , who has Parkinsons and is confined to a wheelchair and bed. My son called Torrance Memorial Home Health and asked for a reference. Ive been very pleased with both the individual caregivers who tend to my Mother and the excellent communication with the Torrance Office of 24 Hr In Home Care. The caregivers are attentive, supportive, encouraging, responsible, and mature. They seem to know just what to say to get Mom to do things she needs to do. We consider them to be a part of the family.I value the communication access with the main office. The prior service I used sometimes did not respond to a call for 2 days. I dont have to worry about that with 24 Hr. I am alerted well in advance concerning substitutes, vacations and holidays, and given the name of the substitute who will be caring for Mom.Having 24 hr. In Home Care gives me the peace of mind that Mom is in good hands.

I was thankful to find 24Hr HomeCare! They were extremely supportive to my mother and I through a difficult transition. We loved our caregiver,( to say the least) they established a strong bond and relationship with my mother. My family is very grateful and appreciative, we couldnt have asked for anything more! If necessary, I would certainly call 25Hr HomeCare again.

We had an urgent need to have a caregiver within 5 hours and Jesse and the 24Hr Care Team came through! The caregivers that were provided were very well trained to handle Alzheimers and difficult situations that really provided comfort to me and my mom while my dad was sick. They were very trustworthy and I felt they were my eyes and ears when I could not be there. Also, they provided the same caregivers as much as possible which made my mom feel like she know what was going to happen!! I cant say enough good things about this companys efforts to provide my mother with quality 24 hr care. She has 3 different caregivers, Florence, Linna and Rebecca, who all provide her with great care in their own ways. Account rep. Jesse always makes sure my mom has a substitute that she will be comfortable with and even Sonia in the billing dept. consistently emails me the bills immediately for insurance purposes. It gives me peace of mind to know that, unlike the much smaller agency we used to be with, 24Hr Care has never failed to provide my mother with a caregiver in times of illness with her regular caregivers.
