I had a wonderful belated Mother's Day lunch with a resident followed by a jewelry class aided by volunteers from the local middle school. We made lovely necklaces that my Mother-in-law proudly wore. What fun!

Overall the place looks nice. However, front desk staff were not friendly at all. Too busy talking to other staff instead of helping guest. When I visited my friend. Her room smelled bad because they left trash in her room instead of taking it out. They are getting paid, they need to do better.

I was very impressed by the Belmont Village Team. From the receptionist at the frontdoor to the entire teammate I met on the tour.

Housekeeping failed to close the door to the unit. We returned from lunch to find door wide open and no one around. Cat could have escaped , things could have been stolen.

My mother has lived at Belmont Village for 8 months and loves it! Each and every staff member, the admin, front desk, PALS (assistants), teachers, wait staff, and cleaning crew, are always so friendly and welcoming. She has a large studio room, with a lovely kitchenette and big bathroom. The grounds are beautiful and very well kept. My mom was able to keep her small dog, which was amazing in itself. The large gated yard is secure, with a nice fenced in swimming pool, comfortable tables and couches, and lots of grass and flowers. The food is excellent, with daily specials or the ability to order off the menu. There are tons of classes and activities 7 days a week. I love that my mom, even with an Alzheimer's diagnosis, is housed with the assisted living residents, so there are many opportunities to socialize and she has the freedom to move about the property at will. I highly recommend Belmont Village, Rancho Palos Verdes.

My mother lived at Belmont RPV for four years. She was in regular assisted care and then "the neighborhood" for dementia. She received amazing care led by Tiffany Alisaje. Tiffany exceeded care expectations and was always in touch with my mother's needs which she would always communicate to me.

A very dear friend of mine has been in Belmont RPV for 4 months. I have been very happy and satisfied with the care provided to her. She always talks about the wonderful and helpful people around her. She has told me repeatedly she lives in a 4-STAR HOTEL. Can't beat that!!!

Constant rate of turnover among the staff: nursing, care givers, even the servers in the dining room! Nurses and care givers would actually quit midshift! I transferred my Mom to The Canterbury and many staff members had quit Belmont and were now working at Canterbury. I just wish I had moved my Mom sooner.

Belmont Village is lovely but what stands out more than anything else is how really wonderful the staff is. Two in particular (who take care of my sister in the dining room) are Sierra, and Anthony. Super kind, caring & attentive. A business really relies on the quality of it's staff.

My mother moved into the Belmont about 8 months go. She moved during 2020 so it was a very stressful time. She is now really enjoying her new home. She has made new friends and she loves the many activities provided to her like daily exercise classes, craft projects like flower arraigning and jewelry making, weekly bingo games, movies, and she even has tried some planting in the courtyard garden. Mom raves about how good the food is and loves the many meal choices daily. The nursing staff is very proactive and I have been very impressed how much initiative they took on their own when something seemed concerning to them regarding my mothers wellbeing. Most of all, my mother says the staff is so friendly and nice and I notice that she is always greeted by name when I visit by everyone in the building. It has given me great peace of mind to know that my mom is so nearby to me here in Palo Verdes and in a safe, clean, and beautiful home with caring people. c

There is nothing more important than family. When parents have senior-challenges, decisions for a better future can be concerning. Knowing my mother is in a safe and comfortable assisted living environment ensures physical ease and relaxation (not just for her, but now I can enjoy my life as well!!). Belmont Village in Rancho Palos Verdes has provided reliable warm and friendly care since the first day my mom arrived. I cant thank all of the staff there enough for the constant attention they give to my mom.

We are very pleased with how things have turned out with Belmont Village! It's very expensive, but the place really is top of the line. It's a beautiful facility, and the staff is friendly and professional. I've really been impressed by the variety of activities, and the sense of community the place has. Both of my parents have found something they enjoy!
