Had a tour today to see apartment units. Very nice atmosphere and friendly and professional staff members. I've just started my apartment search to prepare for my retirement years and it is in a nice and convenient area of Long Beach. If you are interested, I would really recommend requesting a tour. Very helpful!

Love the area of this place. All staff members very pleasant and helpful. I don't drive so the fact that public transportation is right outside of door was a big plus. The fact that we can walk to various places also a plus. Have not quite settled in yet, however, so far so good. A lot of activity on a busy street, no problem.

This place is welcoming and the residents appear happy and taken care of. My family is preparing to move grandma in. We took her to pick her room and she said it was nice and liked it especially the view from her room. She even enjoyed the time spent at Happy Hour listening to live music. So many residents came together and the musician sang a fun variety of music. Can't wait to see her thrive and enjoy the community.

I was nervous moving in to a senior community with my mom who is 84. But when I got here everyone was so warm and welcoming and so far it's been a great experience. Salvador was amazing with the help he has given me and the staff is friendly and very helpful.

Incredibly wonderful friendly staff. People staying there seem very friendly and outgoing. Beautiful well maintained grounds, lot of work being done making the interior very very desirable. Dining areas very nice and not at all crowded.

Hello Nice facility! They were in the throws of remodeling, but what we did see was very nice. The staff facility all were friendly, attentive and created a caring atmosphere. We interacted with Jade and she was awesome

I brought an older friend for a tour of Bay Towers because of the good experience my mom had there until she passed at 92. Since that was 10 years ago, and before new ownership, I knew things might've changed or become dated. However, staff was as warm, kind and helpful as ever (especially Janet who gave us the tour), and it appears the management is updating various interior areas while maintaining the outdoor areas very nicely.

Our mom (91) is so happy at Bixby Knolls Towers! She has a beautiful apartment with a gorgeous view. She thinks the meals served at BKT are delicious! "I get fresh fruit every day!!" The residents are all very nice and the staff is rapid in their response to give assistance. What's best is that the facility is clean and well-maintained. Tons of joyful activities and a beautiful rose garden too. We could not be happier!!!

Our parents have lived in the Tower for 4 years, recently moving to the "B" building for assisted living. We have found the staff to be kind, caring and with little turnover - which is something very important to consider. The views from the upper floors of the Tower are amazing- unlike anything in most of L.A. , food is quite good- we even had our family Christmas dinner in the dining room- which was delicious and enjoyable. The tower is in the midst of renovations and it will be quite nice when complete. Location is excellent, you can walk around gardens on the premises or in the Bixby Knolls neighborhood.
