NO stars at all. This place admitted to starving my mother because she wouldn't eat, they only offered her coffee and bread because that is all she wanted. They didn't call family at all. I arrived to take her to an appointment and thought she was dead. The reports are all on the Department of Social Services site. They closed 05/16/19 because staff was selling items to buy food for the clients. The owner and administrator were taking client's fee for board and care and doing who knows what with it, but not buying food for the loves that where in their care. So glad I could help in getting this shit hole closed.
