Apartments with private baths and kitchenettes are also available. We are incredibly proud of our Redlands staff members. Blossom Grove Alzheimer's Special Care Center meal plans that are prepared with fresh ingredients daily from specially designed menus. We also offer snacks between meal times. I toured this facility while looking for a place for my mother who has dementia. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The environment is clean and comfortable. As I spoke with some of the residents and family members, all had only good things to say and most were smiling. Susie was very helpful

My review is regarding 2 administrative staff of Blossom Grove. First, is Susie the executive director. When I was searching for a place to put my aunt, I called 3 places and only Susie called me back. She was more than helpful in guiding me through the paperwork. She has answered or called me immediately back every time. She has been professional, courteous and friendly at all times. She is a great asset to Blossom Grove. Second, is Jeanette. She is the "face" of Blossom Grove as it us she that greets you as you walk in the door. Extremely pleasant friendly and helpful with any requests made. It is refreshing to interact with her. I can't speak highly enough about these 2 individuals that work for Blossom Grove

After a great deal of internal struggle the decision was made to place the love of my life in Blossom Grove Alzheimer's Special Care Center. Having recently retired as Head Chaplain for Loma Linda University Medical Center I was very familiar with "Excellence of Care" and what it looked like. It was my highest desire to find a place for my wife where this would be her experience. My family, friends, physicians, and health care workers I have taught with, all pointed me to Blossom Grove. I did my home work, checked out other possibilities and made my choice. I have never been more pleased at the care my wife is receiving, As a former administrator I was amazed at how well the staff functioned together while at the same time each one had a job to do and did it well. If I had questions about anything the staff made themselves available to me and others family caregivers. Blossom Grove staff seemed trained to take care of family members as well. The food is great and varied, hygiene of residents and their rooms are a priority. Medical needs are cared for promptly. Though all this is important what touches my heart the deepest is how many times residents are just loved. A warm smile, a gentle hug, or just hearing their name spoken by a caring staff. One day the time may come when it is my turn to need help. It is my prayer that Blossom Grove will have room for me. Jim

The staff at this facility went above and beyond to care for my grandfather during his stay. Covid made it much more difficult to visit him, however, the nurses at Blossom Grove were kind enough hold their phones up so I could talk to him through facetime. I cannot stress enough how helpful this place was during such a hard time for my family.

My husband and I are conservator for a dear friend that he and his late wife knew for decades. Hattie was diagnosed w early onset dementia in her mid 60s, and progressed fast. Hattie has been at Blossom Grove for over a year, all through this horrible pandemic, and the staff kept her safe and well cared for this entire time. Weve found the team at Blossom Grove to be very loving and conscientious, and we continue to feel good about Hatties well being. Susie Halim, Executive Director knows her residents well, and seeks to develop relationships w family members, which we are very grateful for. We highly recommend Blossom Grove to those seeking personal , loving 24 hour care for their loved one suffering w Alzheimers- Dementia.

My mom has been a resident at Blossom Grove over 4 years now. The staff has treated her well from day one. I feel that they truly do care about her and love her too. They communicate with me regarding any small mishap that happens and when I visit they let me know the funny things my mom does too. The management there takes feedback seriously and is always striving to improve. I took care of my mom for years before finding Blossom Grove and I know how difficult it can be to take care of a dementia patient 24-7. I am very grateful for the care they give her and the peace of mind they give me, knowing shes being well taken care of.

I highly recommend Blossom Grove!! From the very first time I visited I knew this was the place for my mother. The understanding and caring people, especially Mechelle Acona, helped me to realize that it was time to place my mother. I was given a book to better understand dementia and it was right on. My mother has been in the facility for over 2 months and she has adapted beautifully. The guests are well cared for by the angels around them, well fed and given many activities to stimulate their minds. It is clean, nicely furnished, and perfectly suitable for the guests. I visited several other facilities and this was by far the best!!

My Mom has been at Blossom Grove for over two years and my brother and I are extremely happy with the care she has received. The staff is very friendly and opened to discussing my Moms needs at any time. We highly recommend Blossom Grove to any family that is looking for a place, that is caring and professional.

Ive been to quite a few senior living communities and nothing stacks up to Blossom Grove and their awesome team they have working there. Their community is beautiful and smells like roses (which isnt common if youve toured at a few different places). Vicky and her whole team (Morgan , Mechelle , and Lori) bend over backwards to make sure youre loved one is cared for. If you are looking for a great place for your loved one to call home I would definitely recommend Blossom Grove. Before your tour ask them to try their infamous Blossom water.

This place is absolutely AMAZING!!! The building is beautiful, clean and I really love the staff and how they are with my grandmother. I cant say enough good things, I know shes in great hands and Im so pleased!!!! Great job Blossom Grove!

I recently toured Blossom Grove and was very impressed. Smelled great, great interior and exterior designs. Very welcoming staff. I like the furnished bedrooms. I saw all residents engaged in some sort of activity. I like this memory care and the quality of care they provide for their residents is superb! I have an an aunt with memory issues and I would love for her to live at Blossom Grove!

Went to Blossom Grove to visit my mother....it was a very nice visit...she had just had lunch and dessert. We then took her into the TV room where she fell asleep and had her afternoon nap...Blossom Grove is a good Care Facility...when we had to move her we were satisfied with this facility
