Raincross at Riverside is a wonderful place to reside. I’ve heard nothing but outstanding comments made by the residents and the staff members are incredible to work with. They are Knowledgeable and friendly and the community is beautiful. Justine, in sales, makes the move in process easy and enjoyable. Great choice for a forever home!

4 months with my mom living here and it has been great.. Staff is very accommodating the food is good, the medical staff really works hard. I really have no complaints daily activities if the person chooses always clean and accommodating when I travel in. Priced very well in my opinion.. Lets admit it its not an easy job to take care of most of their residents.. My mom has memory loss No matter how hard I try there are just bad days.. Happy With my choice to move here..

Great place except for the rude loud lawn maintenance people they have. Before 7:30.am they are blowing the parking lot. Bringing dirt in from the front (central ave) and blowing it all over every car in the parking lot, toward the back!! More than once a week to boot! Too loud and inconsiderate to neighbors!

OK raincross medical is my favorite facility as far as medically but the evil trolls who run the pharmacy need to calm down and not be so rude and obnoxious that lil Mexican is so rude she dont care who is around and Caren money hungry I bet shes not married really

WHERE DID ROBYN GO? SHE WAS GOOD. I THINK SHE MAYBE IS MSSED BY A LOT OF PEOPLE. I WAS THERE A FEW WEEK AGO, AND WHEN I ASKED NODBODY WANTED TO TELL ME. A EMPLOYEE LAUGHED AS SHE POINTED ME TO A SMALL UNUSUAL WOMAN WITH A SHORT HAIR-CUT AND TOLD ME THAT IS THE BEST WE CAN DO HERE. THIS PLACE IS NOT GOOD ANYMORE.

you people should read your reviews. where is robin? what did she do? why is she not there anymore? she was attentive and listened and could take suggestions. i will be removing my father out of there soon. this place is gone downhill. i was there a few weeks ago and got angry, i spoke to some employees and asked who i can talk to. they told me that there is not a person that I can talk to except for glenn and mrs. janet hill. when i was there i saw a strange small woman with bugeyes. I was told i could talk to her. it was mrs. hill. i was told that i should not bother that she is not very good at all and will be leaving soon. this place needs someone that will care.

My mother & father have been residents of Raincross for many years! They have been fortunate to live in assisted care for part of their time here and are presently in the memory care area! To put it simply this is their home! We know everyone as if they were family! There are fabulous activities that we all enjoy together! Recently mom and I were at the Tea Party! We decorated hats, ate cookies and sandwiches and especially enjoyed the Sangria. It was just one of the many memories that we share together thanks to Raincross! My parents life's have been enriched due to the care and compassion of the staff! I can't say enough wonderful things about this HOME!

For those that are looking for a place that cares about where your loved one is living here it is. My son and I were looking for somewhere that my cousin could live and feel like it was home. Ruthie Daniel gave us a magnificent tour of all the facility and several choices of rooms. We both felt that it could be called a home. Security was a must plus somewhere that my cousin could go with his dear companion "Miss Kitty" his cat. The grounds were beautiful and the people living there were actually happy looking! Some places we toured people looked like they were just living. I'm sorry my cousin didn't get a chance to feel the difference at Raincross as he passed away soon after. If we had the chance this is the place we would have picked. I can't say enough about how caring Ruthie was even after knowing he passed. She is a very compassionate person and believes in her work. I would like Raincross to know we appreciate her and hope others will come to see what we saw. Thank you Ruthie. Signed by Lori Miller

A year ago Mom and I visited many Assisted Living facilities offering Alzheimer care, searching for a new home for Dad. He was receiving adequate physical care at his facility at the time, but I knew there must be better stimulation for him mentally. We knew on our first visit to Raincross that we had found his new home. The culture here is beautiful, and it shows in the interaction between the staff, the caregivers, and the patients. The facility is beautiful, and smells clean EVERY time I visit. Raincross treats each patient with the dignity and respect they deserve. Dad has been at Raincross for 4 months now, and we can see a big difference in his interaction and love that he is involved in so many activities. We are so pleased with Raincross, that Mom has now decided to "retire" there and reserved her space! I couldn't be more pleased to know they have everything they need, in a clean, joyful, and loving environment.
