For years before owning a home, I exhausted the apartment lifestyle and experienced all that you imagine about living it. After downsizing and selling my home, I was a bit apprehensive about returning to apartments but being a senior, was hoping to find something where I could be more at ease. Happily , living here I've found a place of good choice! The interaction with the staff here is wonderful! In particular, I've interacted mostly with manager, Leticia and maintenance, Eric and Giovanni. All of whom are above and beyond professional and kind. They take the extra mile to make sure things are done right and going well for the tenants. The community of people here are kind and pleasant to interact with. The grounds and units are well maintained. I love that the patios and balconies are a nice size and divided nicely from your neighbors to give a bit more privacy. It's a very quiet, clean , peaceful and safe community, which is a big plus! There's nice amenities here and the location is prime for easy access to shopping,, entertainment, medical offices, schools, freeways and etc. My only reason for not giving a 5 star rating is , there's not enough parking for guests. Otherwise, I'm happy that after being here for a year that it's a place where I would like to stay put.

My Happy Place! I love coming home to a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. I enjoy the beautiful view of different trees. The tall pine trees are my favorite. The blue sky and sunsets are a beautiful sight to see. I have access to a nice pool area with a jacuzzi. The bbq area is nice with spacious granite tops. The staff is always very kind and helpful. I love this place. Thank you!!!

I just moved in to Raincross Senior Village Apt. I'm very happy here. Leticia from the office made sure I was happy and enjoy my apt. She also made sure my apt was in great condition which it is. The other tenants are very friendly here as well.

Moved out recently to live with family out of state. I was informed by a current resident that they allowed new resident move in with 3 small children. Also people do not clean up after their pets.

I've just recently applied. I'm praying I. Can move in in May. I'm currently in a convelecient hospital and am anxious to have a lovely apartment to go home to. I'm 63 years young with one small dog. This place would be the answer to my prayers.

My mother has been a resident at raincross senior village for several years. This new team (Darleen, Tiffany, and Eric) are amazing! Recently, my mother was having hallucinations and forgot where she was. The crew noticed something was wrong and immediately took action and reminded her where she was and how to get to her apartment. This is not assistant living and they were not required to do this. They also contacted me and provided me with information to get her some additional help. The crew is always nice and polite, the complex always looks clean and organized, and each month the staff hosts events for the residents. I am happy to know my mom is at a place where the staff cares!

I recently moved in to Raincross and am beyond thrilled with my beautiful apartment. My top priority was a community that was quiet. It is completely quiet, no loud music or voices, I can come home and actually relax! The buildings and grounds are beautiful. Tiffany in the leasing office has been amazing. I've asked her dozens of questions and she has answered them all promptly, patiently, and with stellar professionalism. So far, other tenants I've chatted with have been very friendly and welcoming. If you are looking for a quiet, friendly community, look no further. I cannot believe my luck finding exactly what I wanted.

I called the after hours emergency maintenance phone line at 6:00am and left 2 messages for someone to please call me back ASAP. My call was finally returned 7 hours later at 1:00pm, needless to say whoever manages the after hours maintenance line does not promptly return calls.
