My Nana is a resident here and the carestaff are amazing and they do a great job re directing her. She enjoys happy hour on Wednesday and church everyday. Thank you to the staff a rose garden.

I have worked at this facility for almost two years and have never seen a better group of staff at this facility. The staff works together and are treated like family by management. Residents and staffs happiness and safety are always priority. Looking at some of the below reviews it makes me sad to think that people would write such horrible and untrue things about a facility and staff that have given the residents the closet thing to a home away from home. I have never seen residents better taken care of than at Rose Garden Residential Care the staff here will always continue to put the residents best interest in mind.

This place is a great place to work, the residents are well taken care of. They do activities throughout the day they are busy. They love doing church and helping clean after meals. Any negative reviews on here are false. They are just upset because they didn't get their way or were told to get off their phones, since they are not allowed

My poppy aka grandpa was a resident here and he loved feeding the birds outside! He loves doing activities, especially paint social. He was always happy & he was always well taken care of! The care staff works hard to make sure he has what he needs!! The care staff is amazing.

My mother was in their care for over 1.5 years before she passed away.Never did I feel like she was getting sub-par treatment or care. The entire staff was helpful, kind and caring. I especially appreciate the extra care they took to ensure her health and safety during COVID. I would highly recommend Rose Garden to any family needing assistance with a loved one with dementia. Dementia requires special training and skills which Rose Garden has proven they have.

This place is beautiful! The open courtyard gives the residents something that most facilities do not offer.... the freedom to explore! Thanks to its design, the residents are able to feel in control of their daily activities in and out of their apartments. The rooms are cute and cozy and offer a true homey feel. The staff are helpful and very friendly. From personal experience, I can say that this facility is very family friendly. They host fun community events and invite families to join in on the fun! Definitely a place to consider touring!

I have had the honor of working at Rose Garden Residential Care for just over one year now. We have come a long way since then and our community is a place to be proud of. A place to bring your loved one who suffers from dementia knowing they will be cared for. My team of skilled staff is compassionate and passionate about what they do and I couldnt be more proud of them...this job is not easy. Ive taken the time to read some of the negative reviews on here and, although I am biased, felt compelled to set the record straight. Theres mention of lack of quality care, lack of financial concerns of our customers and an extraordinary accusation towards me regarding feces. Every single one of these claims is 100% false and its unfortunate there are folks who would attempt to discredit and undermine the great and difficult work the Rose Garden staff do each and every day. We may never be able to prevent the feelings of a disgruntled ex-employee or a past customer who may be experience financial woes but we will also NEVER settle for mediocre care to our residents. We will continue to treat them as we do our very own family.

After all my research on different facilities, I finally found the perfect place for my dad. Rose Gardens management and staff are really attentive about their residents. Tony,the administrator answered all my question and you can tell how much he really care about the residents. Its like having a family member care for your loved one.
