Genuinely sincere, patient, and polite staff. The facility is clean and well managed. It’s amazing how kind and attentive were the nursing and nursing assistant staff. If there was a facility issue, the maintenance supervisor promptly saw to its resolution. Hard to believe they can consistently offer such good quality tasty meals. My Mother was very happy at The Manor and instantly felt at home. I would hand out Kudos to many but I fear I would leave out some who deserve mention. I moved my mother to Concordia in Jan, 2020, just before the pandemic hit. The admin and staff undoubtedly faced the most difficult challenge in Concordia’s history in addressing the residents needs. They took every precaution to keep residents safe and healthy. They came up with creative activities to keep residents mentally and physically engaged while they were quarantined. When I had questions or concerns, they addressed them quickly and compassionately. One of the things I most appreciated was hearing their chaplain would stand outside each door, praying Gods protection from COVID-19 over each one. The restrictions that came with the pandemic made Moms transition more difficult, but I can truly say the admin and staff responded in the most professional and caring way possible. I cant express how much it meant to me to know my Mom was safe and well cared for during this incredibly challenging time. On another note, the facility is excellently maintained, clean, and my mom LOVES the food. I would recommend Concordia to anyone considering retirement living for themselves or a loved one

Village on the Park Bentonville was the absolute Best Place for my mom. We visited every assisted living place in Rogers and Bentonville and Village on the Park was heads above every place else. We first visited places unannounced to get the Real Picture. Both Rogers and Bentonville Village on the Park, were clean, had professional and caring people, excellent nutritious meals, and a nice assortment of programs and social activities . They even make sure my mom and dad get to their doctors appointments in their wheelchair accessible bus. Village on the Park Bentonville has an outstanding staff that truly care about their residents. After caring for my parents for 18 months, it gives my heart such peace to see them getting their emotional, physical, spiritual and social needs met by the amazing team at Village On the Park who work in unison from the top down to create a wonderful place to live.
