Vicky was beyond supportive in helping me move here. I was totally stressed as I was moving from a less than desirable situation. I asked a thousand questions and she patiently and thoroughly answered all of them. I finally came to the conclusion that this was a really good place to live as I have discovered everything Vicky told me was true. The staff are sweet and kind. The food is great and so convenient to just go pick up. I have a small fenced in yard for my little dog. It's peaceful and quiet. As my ambassador told me, you can be as busy or not as you want to be. I have only been here a few months, so I haven't had a chance to check out the numerous activities yet, which I am looking forward to in the future. It is such a pleasure to not have to worry about maintenance or repairs. Country Club Village is giving me the opportunity to actually enjoy retirement.

Moved into the Village in March 2024. Since I'd never lived in a retirement village, I didn't what to expect. My first impression was negative! However, I love everything about it now! My cottage is in a perfect location! I have good neighbors and have made lots of friends. The staff, house keepers, maintenance crew along with Chef Trey are caring, helpful and fun to be around. Thanks to Ms. Tiffany, Vicki, Nicki and Summer for being super supportive Staff. Along with the restaurant staff ! Interested? Come join us at the Village

I have only lived here a few months, but this is definitely a delightful place to call "home"! The other residents have welcomed me and each one has eagerly done everything possible to make me feel part of the larger group. There are also so many activities throughout the day. Regardless of your particular interests, you can find something fun to do. You can participate as much, or as little, as you like. The food is delicious and ALL the servers treat you like family. But the most amazing aspect of this place, in my opinion, is the staff. They all appear to love their particular jobs, and they certainly treat the residents like family. I have not seen anyone who acts like it's just a job. All of these things combined are what make this place feel like home. I would recommend it to anyone!

Country Club Village of Hot Springs recently required all residents to remove their bird feeders--or they would remove them--because they believe the feeders are drawing pests. Many residents spend hours enjoying the variety of songbirds coming to their feeders. Such a shame that Country Club Village could not put out traps for "pests" and allow their residents to continue bird-watching. Some residents are members of the Audubon Society.

I had a client that lived here,, they were given own transportation.. Cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner on grounds or delivered.. Maid service.. This is a beautiful place for senior grounds... Love the atmosphere, and the ability for them to focus on other things they need to

My family and I couldnt be more pleased with our mothers stay at Country Club Village. She was very happy living there. She quickly made friends, and engaged in multiple social events. She was treated with the utmost respect and love by all of the staff. Vicky, Tiffanie, Starr, Kenny, Carl, and others go above and beyond their job duties in serving the community. I had heard high praise for Country Club Village from various residents and family of residents prior to my mother moving there, but they exceeded our expectations! When my mother was in the hospital, they sent her flowers and well wishes. They were genuinely concerned about her. When she passed, they went out of their way to help us with everything from providing a room for a Celebration of Life service to accommodating us with various aspects of an estate sale. I highly recommend Country Club Village to anyone looking for a top-notch retirement community in Hot Springs.

I work at CCV and I love my job. I love the home like atmosphere with the staff and the residents. It is a family away from home. I love getting to meet new people every day when I give tours. Helping seniors is my job and my heart. I love what I do and I love our residents. They give some much love back to the staff.

I just read Vicky Shuffields review of CCV, so I thought I might add my two cents worth. I moved here about 15 months ago from Russellville, AR. It was because of Vicky, that I chose CCV over The Atrium. At that time, I wasnt able to drive to HS to tour any retirement community. After several fun phone calls with Vicky, she was beginning to win me over. She knew I couldnt drive down here yet, so she gave me personal tours via FaceTime! She made them so much fun, it was an easy decision! I moved here last June. I love my two bedroom cottage. Its just the right size. Its very quiet here, so sleeping is a plus. The food is great - and the staff is fantastic. They are all so helpful and are willing to assist in anyway they can. The maintenance crew is awesome. The staff here have become friends, just not employees of CCV. Id recommend CCV to anyone looking for a great retirement community. Its definitely a five star facility.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We just helped my grandfather move in. So far, the staff have been exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Ive heard that the food in the restaurant is outstanding. My grandfather is having a great time with all the activities that the staff have set up for the residents to enjoy. He seemed ecstatic when he phoned about his new friends and the games, activities. Also, from what I saw, the neighborhood seems safe and peaceful.

Mack and I moved here about six years ago in a one bedroom apartment and loved it. We were in one of three apartments in a house and loved our neighbors. It was close to the main building (food and mail) so the location was great. They offer many activities and I was active in several. The beauty shop was a great place with Robert, the food was superb, bridge playing,celebrating holidays. I could go on and on but I definitely recommend Country Club Village for your retirement home. Wish I could go back to live there again!!!

Nice place! The employees and the residents are friendly and very helpful. The only thing I see that could use some help would be a little better choice for their dinner menu. Thats why I gave them 4 stars.

We just went, representing Oak Park Pharmacy, and gave some sweet residents and employees their yearly flu shots. Everyone was so nice! Stacy showed us around and the place looks so fun! Movie theater, craft room, game rooms, etc. Whats not to love?! Thanks for being so welcoming!!!!!
