Amazing is the only way to share our gratitude for the best care of my Brother. He resides in a cottage and it is absolutely the best. Lots of room to enjoy your own furnishings and privacy. . After 7 months I can honestly say the that the main building and entire property is clean and well cared for. The Staff goes over the top to help a create such a happy atmosphere. There are lots of fun activities and entertainment. They always decorate and celebrate the holidays in style. The Food is delicious and menu excellent! The transportation to Appointments is a real plus. Most important is the special care and attention to the residents. Tiffany called me yesterday that he had to go to the ER and she and her team helped him and kept in contact with me too. What a blessing this entire staff is to Country Club they deserve a huge Thank You!!

My mother has been a resident at the Country Club Village retirement community a little over a month. Honestly, we waited a month to provide feedback to share a fair assessment of negatives and positives. However, we have yet to find a negative about Country Club Village. The food has been outstanding, and plenty of it, the housekeeping service has been wonderful and cleans to mom’s expectations, and the support staff has been awesome! The entire staff communicates well, and is always willing to assist the resident. From the maintenance mechanics crew to the concierge they have all been very supportive in assisting mom in her transition. Initially, when searching for a senior living community we were told Country Club Village is a very good option for senior living, now since mom has been here a month this is the only option to consider for senior living in Hot Springs!

Vicky was beyond supportive in helping me move here. I was totally stressed as I was moving from a less than desirable situation. I asked a thousand questions and she patiently and thoroughly answered all of them. I finally came to the conclusion that this was a really good place to live as I have discovered everything Vicky told me was true. The staff are sweet and kind. The food is great and so convenient to just go pick up. I have a small fenced in yard for my little dog. It's peaceful and quiet. As my ambassador told me, you can be as busy or not as you want to be. I have only been here a few months, so I haven't had a chance to check out the numerous activities yet, which I am looking forward to in the future. It is such a pleasure to not have to worry about maintenance or repairs. Country Club Village is giving me the opportunity to actually enjoy retirement.

I have only lived here a few months, but this is definitely a delightful place to call "home"! The other residents have welcomed me and each one has eagerly done everything possible to make me feel part of the larger group. There are also so many activities throughout the day. Regardless of your particular interests, you can find something fun to do. You can participate as much, or as little, as you like. The food is delicious and ALL the servers treat you like family. But the most amazing aspect of this place, in my opinion, is the staff. They all appear to love their particular jobs, and they certainly treat the residents like family. I have not seen anyone who acts like it's just a job. All of these things combined are what make this place feel like home. I would recommend it to anyone!

Country Club Village of Hot Springs recently required all residents to remove their bird feeders--or they would remove them--because they believe the feeders are drawing pests. Many residents spend hours enjoying the variety of songbirds coming to their feeders. Such a shame that Country Club Village could not put out traps for "pests" and allow their residents to continue bird-watching. Some residents are members of the Audubon Society.

My family and I couldn’t be more pleased with our mother’s stay at Country Club Village. She was very happy living there. She quickly made friends, and engaged in multiple social events. She was treated with the utmost respect and love by all of the staff. Vicky, Tiffanie, Starr, Kenny, Carl, and others go above and beyond their job duties in serving the community. I had heard high praise for Country Club Village from various residents and family of residents prior to my mother moving there, but they exceeded our expectations! When my mother was in the hospital, they sent her flowers and well wishes. They were genuinely concerned about her. When she passed, they went out of their way to help us with everything from providing a room for a Celebration of Life service to accommodating us with various aspects of an estate sale. I highly recommend Country Club Village to anyone looking for a top-notch retirement community in Hot Springs.

We just helped my grandfather move in. So far, the staff have been exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I've heard that the food in the restaurant is outstanding. My grandfather is having a great time with all the activities that the staff have set up for the residents to enjoy. He seemed ecstatic when he phoned about his new friends and the games/activities. Also, from what I saw, the neighborhood seems safe and peaceful.

I had a client that lived here,, they were given own transportation.. Cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner on grounds or delivered.. Maid service.. This is a beautiful place for senior grounds... Love the atmosphere, and the ability for them to focus on other things they need to

I just read Vicky Shuffield’s review of CCV, so I thought I might add my two cents worth. I moved here about 15 months ago from Russellville, AR. It was because of Vicky, that I chose CCV over The Atrium. At that time, I wasn’t able to drive to HS to tour any retirement community. After several fun phone calls with Vicky, she was beginning to win me over. She knew I couldn’t drive down here yet, so she gave me personal tours via FaceTime! She made them so much fun, it was an easy decision! I moved here last June. I love my two bedroom cottage. It’s just the right size. It’s very quiet here, so sleeping is a plus. The food is great - and the staff is fantastic. They are all so helpful and are willing to assist in anyway they can. The maintenance crew is awesome. The staff here have become friends, just not employees of CCV. I’d recommend CCV to anyone looking for a great retirement community. It’s definitely a five star facility.

I have a family member there who has several home appliances that are broken and don't work has been complaining about it for close to two years yet nothing has been fixed I have said something along with my parents yet nothing has been fixed I understand this is how they make money but these are human beings who need things like a refrigerator to keep food fresh

I have had a loved one at Country Club Village for 8yrs an could not have been happier with my choice. The facility is a very home like setting. The management is more like family. My loved one is not always invovled in the activities but there is always something for her to do if she decides to. The activity director is great. She very understanding an loving to everyone. I would recommend CCV to anyone looking for a retirement village for themselves or a loved one.
