My father has been at Grand Brook memory care for over 2 1/2 years. All of the staff are wonderful, caring individuals and enjoy working with the residents. It's always clean, smells nice, and the meals and snacks are wonderful. The staff have become part of our family over the past couple of years. They notify you of any changes or concerns. They decorate for every holiday (just beautifully done), have activities and sing songs. It's my dad's home now and he loves it there. Choosing Grand Brook for Dad's home was the best decision! Moving someone out of your family home to a care facility is so difficult but the staff and nurses at GB are so supportive and caring. If you want the best memory care then Grand Brook is it!

We have loved Grand Brook in Rogers from the moment we walked in for our tour! We took my mom with us and as we were leaving she said, "I would love to live here"! She moved in the next week and she has been so happy ever since. It's the small family setting that we love, but what drew us there was the wonderful staff and administration team. They are second to none and go above and beyond to make families feel cared for and loved! It's a 10/10 for us!!!

My mom has been at Grand Brook over 2 years now. We looked at several assisted living and memory care facilities in the area but were impressed with the layout, cleanliness and room sizes at Grand Brook. The staff is great too! They always address the residents by name and with loving respect. They care for the whole person, spiritually, physically and intellectually. They keep me informed of any issues or needs, and involve me in her care plan. Their COVID protocols have been very rational & balanced, keeping the resident's best interests in mind.

We had to make the difficult decision to move my Grandmother to Grand Brook in March. She has improved so much since she has been there. She once again looks like the Grandma I have always known. The staff takes amazing care of her and always informs me when any changes occur or something needs addressed. We are so happy with the care she is receiving and everyone makes us feel so comfortable whenever we are there visiting.

My mom has been a resident of Grand Brook for over three and a half years. It has been quite the journey as we have been navigating through her Alzheimer’s disease and all the different curve balls that this disease can throw at us.The staff at Grand Brook have been creative and compassionate as they strive to make my Mom’s life as full, comfortable and peaceful as possible. They cheer with my mom and me when we have victories and small successes. They have joined my mom and me in the sadness that comes with each new decline. I love the attention to the new challenges that present themselves. My mom recently broke her wrist. The staff was immediately figuring out how to give my mom the best outcome so she can continue with the skills that remain. My mom is peaceful, calm, safe, and content. As her daughter, that means everything.

Grand Brook Memory Care of Rogers was the only memory care residence that checked all the boxes for me as we toured numerous locations in the area while searching for the perfect place for our 90 year old father. We couldn't have found a more loving and caring environment for him. The administration and staff have gone above and beyond our expectations to accommodate our family's needs as well as providing programs and activities in which to engage him. We are so thankful knowing he is well cared for at his new home.

From the time I first spoke to Colleen Marie Thompson until the time my father left the facility (to move out of state to be closer to family); my whole family experienced excellent communication and superior care for our dad. It was evident that the residents are loved and cared for; and the family is kept abreast of their care and progress. The facility is beautiful, and the staff is excellent. The staff at Grand Brook supported our family throughout the 11 months that my mom was a resident. Someone from our family visited mom every day during her stay. We witnessed every day the love and care that the staff provided the residents. Any time we had a concern, the staff was willing to listen to us and search to find a solution to our concerns. I feel that their goal was the same as ours. We all wanted mom to be safe and active as possible. They provide numerous activities for the residents every day. We saw the staff love mom and do everything they could do to provide comfort for her. No one wants their parent to have to go to a facility. However, if this happens to you, Grand Brook is the facility where your loved one will be as safe as possible and loved.

From day one Colleen- Sales and Marketing Director made herself available to myself and my family no matter what day or hour. Dad has been living in Grand Brook Rogers almost four months. We continue to be impressed with staff friendliness and competence. The facility is fairly new and is kept clean, fresh-smelling, and in good condition. Its the cultural norm to stay personally involved with the limited number of clients and their families which facilitates better care by open sharing of in-depth information regarding client likes, dislikes, and personalities. The recent Alzheimers Walk, the first in which GBR participated as a team, showcased their adaptability. Every organization that takes on something new has a learning curve and yes, GBR did, too. People at all levels stepped in as needed to solve problems while facilitating client participation, including fresh backup plans, too. Very nicely done by a thoroughly professional organization.

After careful consideration, we placed my Mom here shortly after they opened. We have been super pleased with the care she has been given there. We are well-informed by the staff with any information that we occasionally need concerning her care, any changes, or just with general information. We feel like the workers go above and beyond to bring comfort to my Mom. We are thankful for Grand Brook Memory care of Rogers. The place and the staff members are a blessing to my family.

My wife and I cared for my mother for over ten years. Eventually she needed more care than we could give her. Entrusting my mother to Grand Brook of Rogers Arkansas was not an easy decision, but we have never regretted it.My mother has now lived at Grand Brook for 41 weeks. With over 100 visits during different times of the day, I believe I can make this informed review.The facility feels more like a residence than other places do. No nursing-home feel. The tall windows facing the large courtyard provide lots of light. Of all the facilities we visited, it is the best designed. The relatively small number of residents provides a calmer atmosphere. Families enjoy greeting and getting to know each other and the residents. Grand Brook invites families to holiday and special occasion mealsudy and I like the care strategy at Grand Brook. During the day, residents are encouraged to spend most of their time with other residents in the living room, at special sessions held daily, or like my mother, scooting around in her wheelchair. Residents are encouraged to be interactive as long as possible like and appreciate the people working there. The administrators have earned our respect. They work long, hard hours and live out their commitment to doing an excellent job. I could not be prouder of the CNAs. They deal with challenging and less-than-pleasant tasks with grace and patience. Everyone went out of their way to help my mother enjoy her 100th birthday party and to make it special. Cooks prepare thoughtful and varied meals. I have seen the rest of the staff at work and find them to be helpful and professionaDementia is an awful disease in all its forms and the cost of caring for such residents is frighteningly high. I think Grand Brook Memory Care of Rogers tries to strike a balance between cost and staffing, allowing residents to be as active and independent as possible while providing supervision and protection. I am aware of shortcomings. Still, I do not give Grand Brook a five-star rating because it is perfect, but because I believe it is the best in Northwest Arkansas.

The pandemic has been trying to say the least and they have handled it with grace and compassion. They have made every effort to keep things as normal as possible for the residents while keeping them safe during this time. They have continually communicated with families to keep us up to date. My mom has been at Grand Brook in Rogers for over six months. This is the first time I have ever placed a family member in any type of care beyond the home. The change had to be made for my moms safety and well being. On my first visit to take a tour, I was impressed with the layout of the facility, the cleanliness, and the overall beauty of the building. The first person I met was Colleen and she immediately came along side me as I struggled to place my mom. She was so knowledgeable, thoughtful, and kind. The more she talked, the more I knew this was where I wanted my mom to be. All the staff has been incredible. The peace of mind that comes with knowing my mom is being taken care of by people who really care about is priceless. In the beginning, I had so much to learn and called the staff regularly as decisions had to be made. They were never hesitant to support my mom and me as we made this transition. If you are currently looking for a place for your loved one with dementia or Alzheimers, I would unequivocally and without reservation recommend that Grand Brook should be considered. Everyone on staff is hands on including the manager. They know their people well and are always adapting to the changing needs of their clients.
