My Mom Angie has been with Monticello Park for 15 months now. We have gone through several changes in staff. Most changes have been a good improvement. Like most Facilities it's hard to get & keep good help. The important thing is my mom is happy there. She has met new friends and loves dining room food and the different activities. Like Bingo, Music, etc. Always important for Family to stay involved. I have got to know a lot of staff. Who I can count on consistently to help with things for Mom. Shout out to Laurie Hulsey for always being there to answering all my concerns. She is one of a kind. Most questions are not in her job title. But she has a big caring heart and will get me to the right person to answer me. More caring hearts I want to name who Mom, and I really appreciate all they do for her. Kelly, Christina, Erin, April and a few others.

I would just like to leave a short message,,,, on July 20 thru July 22 my wife and I drove from Spokane to visit my mother who is a resident at Monticello Park,,,, even though she has only been there since February 2024 and my first visit there I have to say it was a pretty magical place,,,, my wife and I had lunch and dinner there 2 of those days joining my mother,,, the staff over the weekend was truly terrific,, several ladies with long black hair were so so nice to us and the residents calling g each of them by Miss Rita,, Miss Lori,,, was always Miss or Mr,,,,, food was fantastic although I can't remember the employees names I do remember a lady by the name of Paige,,, and ladies with long dark hair and I apologize for not remembering their names. Even went on a walk Monday morning around the building at 9am. So I just want to say Thank You for taking wonderful care of my mother Rita and a Hats off to the weekend staff for being so nice,,, may I say Stand and give yourselves a big round of applause because I can feel relaxed in Spokane that my mother along with others are being taken care of… Thank You Kindly Monticello. I have been working with Laurie Hulsey the Community Relations Director to learn more about the facility as we are looking for a safe, comfortable and welcoming community for our parents. She has been so valuable in all the information she has given us, following up regularly without us having to ask and so welcoming. I took my parents on a tour and they were so happy with all they saw, the friendly community and mostly how Laurie listened and answered their questions and was patient and attentive to their needs. I can't be more appreciative in this time of transition to have the support and valuable resources she has provided.

I moved here in December 2019, my apartment is comfortable, every staff member that has helped me has been pleasant and caring. I have yet to meet anyone who is cranky or unpleasant. During this pandemic Im quite comfortable emotionally, I miss the other residents, but we get to play bingo and exercise weekly. Even though its smaller groups, it is nice to say hi from a distance.

Ive lived at Monticello Park for a year now and I think management has been doing an excellent job. My apartment is excellent. I think our management, care takers and other employees have been doing a wonderful job.the kitchen has some delicious meals for us all. The activity director has done a great job providing bingo, sing alongs and exercise - floor by floor since there cant be large groups. Overall the management and staff have done a great job getting us through the pandemic and I personally want to Thank You!

I really liked the Prestige Senior Living Monticello Park community. It is like a grand hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is a beautiful and large community. We chose another community that was a smaller community and less intimidating for my dad.

I will say we had a few issues in the beginning... family has to stay involved... I know that my dad was happy there and towards the end, they worked with us during the transition... I would recommend.

The people who operate the Prestige Senior Living have been wonderful. The food is good. We are very happy. I can't rate the care services because it does not apply to us because my loved one is in independent living. Overall this is a great facility and we are very happy! I would recommend this place.

My FIL resides here, as did as MOL at one time. Numerous friends have chosen to spend retirement here. I say its amazing. Always something to do. Just sign up and enjoy.

People from the facility were very helpful in getting everything set up to get my aunt moved in. They only have one person that does maintenance for the whole facility and they need more. My aunt is happy.
