My dad lives at Canterbury Inn as an independent resident. He is very happy and says the staff and aids are wonderful. He has no complaints at all. Canterbury Inn is clean and professional. Sula who helped us and my dad with becoming a resident is very helpful and answered all are questions and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and explained how the process worked. I can't say enough good things about the Canterbury! From the first inquiry to Dad moving in has been an exceptional experience. A large part of that is due to Sula. She is very knowledgeable and her willingness to help with any and everything far exceeded our expectations. She truly cares about the residents and their family. We looked at several places and nothing compares to the Canterbury. We are so happy with our decision! Dad is extremely happy. The food is wonderful, so many activities. The staff and other residents are just so friendly and willing to help in any way! They go above and beyond. Thank You to Sula and the entire Canterbury staff for us being reassured that Dad is cared for in every way!

My father is here and has been through Covid so they have been his hands on family for the last 3 years. Without these caregivers, I really don't know where we would be.My father has met some wonderful people he would not have if it weren't for the social life he has been able to have in a safe place. It is comforting to know that he has many people looking after his safety and well being.He is offered more here than he would be otherwise.There have been bumps in the journey but all have been worked through. I have taken tours of this location a couple times; the cleanliness and atmosphere are fantastic. The knowledge, friendliness and care of the staff is absolutely in line with where I would want to have a loved one go when they can no longer live alone in their home.

My mother could no longer live alone because of health and memory problems. Even though she missed her house at first, she has always said "This is a nice place to live, and the people are nice." She has been living at Canterbury Inn for 15 months and she calls it "home" now. She has made many new friends, enjoys all the activities and says the food is good. The staff have been very responsive to any problems that have come up, and we are grateful to all the caring people who work there.

A personal friend of mine lives at the Canterbury Inn. His one one-bedroom unit is beautiful. He has a stackable washer and dryer, a spacious bedroom, a nice spacious bathroom with a walk in shower, a very cute kitchen with lots of cabinet space & a cute living room. All the walls are white including the cabinets and the kitchen area. He can cook in his kitchen or go downstairs to the lounge and order his meals. He goes on walks and when he wishes to go to the store or run errands, he gets on the Canterbury transportation van with all the other tenants to go run around town. Overall, the place is pretty fancy and lots of activities going on during the day. It's like a hotel with many rooms and very kind-hearted residents

The Canterbury Inn is a beautiful, supportive, caring community that provides the assistance as needed to their residents as if they were their own family members. We cannot believe the wonderful daily activity options, às well as restaurant menu choices for each meal of the day. Having a 24-hr. nursing and assistant staff available is indeed reassuring, and a blessing to know that a loved one is in good hands! Having lived in a larger city, and having seen and visited many folks in other assisted living housing, this is by far one of the most exceptional places we have ever seen! ALWAYS clean, bright, happy and never any odd odors sometimes associated in communal adult living areas. We feel VERY confident of my aunts choice to reside at the Canterbury Inn! We are VERY thankful to Anne, Tony and the entire staff for making her and our family so welcome!
