This establishment is far from suitable for placing your loved ones. The management seems indifferent to the mistreatment of clients, and the employees lack the necessary knowledge and skills to provide proper service. It simply is a matter of taking money for services that will not be provided and knowing that there is nowhere else in this area that is not a sistered establishment that has a vacancy available. They will fill the bed and nothing else will be done to correct this ongoing disregard for the safety and care of the patients.

I am in Frontier Rehab because I have a bad knee. The entire staff is super. The food is so good a great variety. I can't walk right now but I am receiving great care. 7/3/2025 The staff does their best but this place is under staffed. I have had to wait up to three hours to get pain medications. It is BAD!

We found the nurses and CNAs very responsive. Care was good, especially given the outbreak of Covid. The food was adequate but not good. No flavor and bland. We were not pleased that Dr. Randal did not show up until the day of discharge. Henry was there for 12 days, and we met the doctor the afternoon of discharge. This is unacceptable. If he has too many patients, we would suggest he utilize his assistant to a greater degree. We specifically asked that meds we already had not be filled. They were filled anyway. Again, care from the nurses and CNAs was great. Also therapy and the social worker. They were great.

First of all no company, business, anywhere is perfect, but, with that being said, my mom lived at the Frontier care facility for about 14 year' and in that time my mom was surrounded by wonderful and caring people, most of who i consider friends. Their motto is "Treat the facility and the residents with respect, because we are visitors in their home" I appreciate that way of thinking. They provide wonderful areas that feel very homey, nice patios to enjoy when the weather permits, activities are more than just bingo, which i enjoyed by the way, music, church, family meals, garden club, book club, outings, holiday parties, crafts, monthly birthday parties, movie nights, games, from poker to monopoly, there are also so many residents i've been lucky to get to know and become friends with as well. I'm sorry for anyone who hasn't had the same positive experience themselves or with a loved one, but, i do feel they try their best and they strive to have a wonderful staff in all of the departments.

For the most part this is a very pleasant place to spend rehabilitation time. In the area, I have been to 3 facilities since 2016 & 2 since 2019 & I rate this at top of my most recent stays. Of course, most of how one rates a place has a big part in one’s own attitude & awareness of their surroundings. I try to have a smile for everyone and I feel that most of the caregivers & staff are the same way. I also realize how hard it is to smile & have a good attitude when you are in pain, I have been in plenty throughout my stay. But again, I find the care givers & staff do their best to help in any way possible. The building does appear to be older & somewhat outdated but all accommodations are made where possible. I believe they won’t admit residents that they know they don’t have the facility requirements to care for. As far as food goes ... everyone has their own tastes. Not everyone will like everything. But again accommodations are made where possible. I have been here through all of COVID-19 which has been difficult on all of us, residents and staff alike. And still this facility is seeming to hold it together as best as any of them. As far as cost go, I am not able to respond to this area because I am on Medicare/Medicaid & the cost would be the same to me no matter where I was (as far as I understand).

My Dad lived her for 6 years. It may be an older facility but they give tremendous level of care. During Covid they were outstanding with communication and protecting residents. My Dad passed away this spring naturally in his sleep. If someone in your family has to go this route fully recommended them.

I have had several family members in this facility and we apsulutly adored the staff and managment,while they were there. The always went above and beyond to make the stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible the offered so activities and outings regularly. The staff was caring and understandable when it came to the need of my family. I would recommend this place to any and all. Amazing place.

I have been with frontier since 2014 and I have seen a lot of changes through out the years. Our rehab department is amazing and it’s really amazing to watch how they can get someone back to walking and discharged home. I love seeing my residents faces in the morning and helping them through out their days.
