Every unit has its own climate control, bathroom, as well as spacious closets that are great for storage. All residents have access to landscaped grounds and common areas. The staff is some of the best in Portland, they're always available to help with any level of services our residents need. We can assist with medical reminders to designing exercise programs and scheduling entertainment events. We designed the dining area at Villa Celia to be a cozy, home style setting for our residents and family members. Our specialty is customized menus that provide delicious, home cooked meals that meet the needs of all residents.

A Place For Mom
This community offers great care for my mother in law. She is happy with the staff and they are very nice and friendly. The food seems to appear very good. They do offer activities to those who would like to participate. I would recommend this community for good care and value.

A Place For Mom
My mother is doing very well here at this facility. I know she is safe and in good hands. The staff have been good, there have been a few issues, but they have since worked them out. The community is very well-kept. There activities offered for the residents. She is pleased with the food. This is a community I would recommend, because it has been a great experience.
