Awful place. Debated on filing with the state for abuse but decided just to move my loved one out of there. Memory care smells so bad and the care takers are understaffed and always in training since they always quit. Wouldn’t recommend unless I hated the person.

My mom has lived at Tanner Spring for almost a year now. It is a wonderful facility with fantastic staff. We feel very fortunate that she is there.

I am very happy with our decision to move my dad here. The staff truly care about the residents and each resident has tailored care to their personality and level of need. The care team is great about communicating with family members and keeping everyone updated. The activities calendar is very full and there's always a lot going on which makes for a lively and communal environment. I would highly recommend this facility.

Ive worked at Tanner Spring for awhile now with my agency, and Ive fallen in love with it. Theres tons of room of improvement as with any facility, but with a strong team it could absolutely be possible. They do have some of the move dedicated care staff Ive ever met and they really speak volumes about the facility.

I worked at Tanner Springs for many months throughout this year as an agency worker. My experience was very pleasant. Tanner Springs has a great community of long term friends. From the residents to limited staff it feels like a home. Everyone knows everyone personally but in the best way, a make shift family. The company has been through a lot and changed hands, maybe not for the better. Although, the core staff is dwindling due to being overworked and understaffed continuously. I have a lot of hope for this facility. If they could nail down a good staff rotation and bring back activities I would recommend to anyone looking for long term placemat.

My mom is fairly new to Tanner Springs. The staff has been awesome, and they have group things for the residents to do, places they can go and they make sure the residents are comfortable and taken care of!

I recently visited Tanner Springs, visited with residents and staff. I loved the main lobby overlooking the dining room. Very spacious and welcoming. The activity calendar is packed and overall residents seemed very happy. Staff was hard at work serving what smelled and looked like a very delicious lunch. I highly recommend Tanner Springs to anyone looking for Assisted Living or Memory Care in the West Linn area. At least stop in for a tour, they are very friendly!
