I love living at Smith’s Tower, it is an ideal location. It is close to the bus line, shopping, and many attractions. The management worked very hard at keeping the place well maintain and provide activities to keep everyone busy. A most fun place to live.

Amazing how clean it was when I visited and I certainly hope to live there soon quite a change from where I live now. More organized more amenities and absolutely cleaner.

They are not honest about anything They also unlock and come into your apt, anytime they want to. Not secure building. Most residents smoke pot and drink. lot of people In & out the building. Street people on weekends. Kept pass code from me for 2 weeks, when I lived there.Had to have someone let me in4 hours from now

Do not rent here the landlord Michelle is on a power trip and will scream and yell at ur elderly parents and she just let's herself into they're apartment with out permission

I like the people here more than the actual place. Most residents I've talked to would rather live elsewhere. But what choice do they have? Most are on a fixed income.

Fun visit to a friend who has lived there for years. Learned rent is very low for seniors. She has a great view. Her space is tiny, around 350 square feet, but well curated and comfortable.

This is NOT assisted living/ therefore, no routine check on residents. Apartments are small, i.e., studios under 400 sf. Pricing is below market and HUD subsidized (per application) is available. Staff is quite nice. Public transit is handy. No grocery nearby/convenience store across the street. Parking is limited with a long wait list. AC is provided--NOT required by HUD.

Unit's are tiny, have to find ways to make the best of a small place. Reasonably clean. No one in office to collect rent on weekends and there no rent drop slot. Very limited parking. No dual heat/cooling system. If you need heat in the evening during summer you are out of luck, they turn heat off, a.c. is turned off in winter. Nice people though. I have a family member there.
