My Mom went from rehab to Patton Villa. Lidia the owner and care provider, as well as her daughter Sarah gave my Mom the best care, better than we ever expected. It is difficult to pick a place because you never know the treatment your loved one receives when you are not there. I lived half a block away and visited most days. Mom was always showered, dressed, and entertaining herself when I arrived. The house was always super clean. Lidia has children and it was a gift to have Mom with a family and they always treated her as part of their family. The two young boys played Yahtzee with Mom after dinner and the older son played the piano concertos like he should apply to Juliard Music Academy. Lidia and her family are Romanian and in Romania family is very important - you could feel that love for everyone in the house. There were only 2 residents (3 would be max) and they were all women. Lidia makes all her own food and her husband grows fresh vegetables in their garden. Mom loved that! If you are considering a care placement for a parent or family member, consider this home. You don't need a referral from an agency, just call Lidia - her number is on the website. She's amazing - you won't be sorry. Ask Lidia for my phone number if you want a personal reference, anyone in my family would give you one. We looked at over 9 homes and are so glad to have picked this one. Mom passed on Saturday evening and I'm so glad to have had these last 9 months at Patton Villa with her.

The home is beautiful and always clean. The meals are delicious as they are nutritious. But more importantly, the people living in the home, are welcoming and caring!
