A Place For Mom
The owner has focused on having equipment that would assist the staff in providing quality care to the residents. He has two locations and is committed to the elderly. He has made some improvements with regard to the two locations, however there are some updating that could take place. I feel that the people at Home Away From Home, L.L.C. understand the needs of the residents and provide hands on care to each person. No they are not perfect, but they continue to strive to work on behalf of the residents and pride themselves on listening and giving those that they care for the utmost respect and dignity. I continue to see growth and the sincerity has never been lacking. They truly love the residents and seem to always want feedback as to what they can do to be the best in the industry.

The staff and the owner are very nice people, however, the house is somewhat dated. I could not understand why this guy spent all of this money on hospital type equipment and yet the furniture in the bedrooms are destroyed.

I've been very pleased with the service they've provided here. Mom seems so much happier since moving here, whenever I visit her she is always smiling! The staff here are experienced and professional, and they are very patient and caring with all of their residents. I really like the atmosphere here, it's a residential type facility and like their name implies it really does feel like a home away from home!

Residents were all in their rooms. The living room was too dark and small and the dining area did not seem to be able to accommodate all of the residents. The staff seem very nice. The place was clean and did not smell.
