Garbage is not kept clean and brings mice because of the.disposal bins being so close to the apartment building. Tenants just toss garbage at the trash bins and leave it there. Roaches and mice are bad.

The appointment is cool it’s the neighborhood. Somebody always shooting or fighting. I been here 7 years an I don’t know anyone because I stay in the house away from the windows, where it’s safe. Someone just broke into my friend car last night on the main road! There is security sometimes but they never around when it matters.

The entire staff is so great from move in from start to finish. They made the entire application process easy and was very communicative when it came to documents needed or any other matter. I am so thankful for Mitchell the property manager and also Chanelle and the entire other staff. I was homeless at one point but thanks to woodland springs staff I was able to find housing again.

I love the place. It could be far worse. People do however need to watch they bad ass kids though. Other than that I honestly cannot complain. Check em out. Also, the staff was excellent. B.W. Was very professional & helpful. There need TO BE more people like her in that profession.

Woodland Springs has come a long way they are renovating the Units so big changes are happening here just be patient and give it some time... everything is becoming new ..

I gave them my rent check at the beginning of the month. It is now the 21st and the check still has not cleared and their saying that it probably won't clear until the first of th year when next months rent is due. I really used to like living in this community. But it is becoming increasing unprofessional and lacking empathy or kindness for the payong residents. Only govt recipients get any attention here. So for all tjose on that good section 8... come one come all, cause its the taj mahal for yall.... anyone else who has to pay all full rent i wouldnt recommend this community
