***WARNING *** *** WARNING *** WARNING *** DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONE HERE, ESPECIALLY IF THEY ARE IN NEED OF MEMORY CARE. My beloved uncle who was only at this facility for a couple of weeks before the owner began complaining about things that after speaking with several other assisted living owners and operators were normal for someone who has dementia. The owner, [name removed], is a fast talking haggler that comes off as being God fearing but is actually a money thirsty braggadocios narcissist. PLEASE DO NOT BE FOOLED! [name removed] charges the client families for things that should be considered a business expense. Such as trash bags. Etc. She had me sign an agreement that said the visiting hours were until 6 PM. However after my uncle was admitted, she stated that visiting hours were over at 3 PM. There was a Covid outbreak in her facility and she did not notify the guardians of the residents. My uncle feel while walking in the common area and [name removed] became defensive and insisted that he was not walking alone. However, she was speechless when I told her that I observed on two occasions where her staff allowed him to walk alone. She became very defensive and passive aggressive when I asked questions about my uncle’s care plan. It seems that she is under staffed and her “workers”are over worked. There is a worker by the name of [name removed] who pretends to be professional and compassionate in the presence of the owner. But when she not around she is grumpy and clearly doesn’t want to be bothered. Ms. Alison ( the other worker) was the only person whose heart seemed to be in it. [name removed] and [name removed] talk to the residents as if they are children. I can go on and on about the foolishness I experienced with this highly decorated over priced boot camp. Where they wake retired seniors up at 7 AM. 2 months and $12,089 later. I had move my uncle to another facility because of fear of him being mistreated because [name removed] and her Workers lack the skill and patience required to care for someone who is in need of memory care. *** RUN**

Creatus Adult Assisted Living is a world class facility with friendly staff, delicious meals, and engaging activities to keep my parents entertained. The homes are extremely clean and the staff is very accessible. The care services are responsive to my phone calls when I need to speak with my parents and the owner is flexible when I express concerns about being unable to make payments on time. When I did my research many facilities are overpriced and are too expensive. This facility provides economical rates for first class service. Thank God for this place!
