I was really happy with Providence Personal Care Home. I was misinformed when I was sent over there because my mother needs to have a nursing home and not an assisted living home, so they weren't able to help me there. But the place was really nice and very clean, and the people were very, very friendly. I was really happy with it, especially because it was a house and not a big facility. I didn't try their food, but it smelled good. The staff were very nice.

We toured Providence Personal Care Home for my father. The house was in the community, and it was okay. The person who took me on a tour was very knowledgeable and very apologetic for not being aware that a tour was scheduled. She did carry on and showed us around, what they do there, and the rules. They do TV shows and I think someone comes to pick them up occasionally to take them somewhere. They have a regular kitchen. It wasn't clean because she wasn't expecting us, but it wasn't too bad. They were just coming out of breakfast, and the home people were eating, I guess, fast food. It was just a home, and it wasn't immaculate. They needed to clean and put away the dishes and stuff.

I went to Providence Personal Care Home. The staff was nice, they seemed very well informed about what they offer. This wasn't a good fit for my aunt though, it's a smaller facility, and they take a maximum of five people in their home. It's nice. It's just like a traditional house, and they're renting out rooms. But it was clean. The few people that they have there, seemed well-kept, friendly, and involved in the activity that they were doing for the day.

The people at Providence Personal Care Home were very nice. It's assisted living; and it was actually a residence, so it was much smaller. It doesn't have a lot of space to really move around or anything (and we weren't really looking for something like that). It was more of a private residence. They really didn't have the amenities because it was just like a private residence. They didn't have anything extra. The staff stated that they play games and watch movies.

Providence Personal Care Home was a house, which is fine if you want that type of setup. It was more like a house-type situation where people can sit out in the common area or go to their room. It was very clean, but that's not what my uncle wanted. The staff was very friendly. They seemed conscientious about how well kept the place was. There wasn't a lot of space for people to spread out, so they all had to congregate in the same common area, which was the living room basically.
