Heartis at Fayetteville is one of the best senior communities I have been in. The staff is alway so friendly and helpful. The community itself is always so pleasant and clean. Every time I visit the seniors are always doing an activity or having a performer visit. This is somewhere I would love to be able to place my loved one if they needed a senior community.

The process of finding a permanent home for my loved one was difficult. I found comfort and peace when I came to Heartis-Fayetteville. Not only was the facility above my expectations, but the entire staff was very professional and supportive. After speaking with Annie, I felt like part of the family and wholeheartedly believe that my loved one would have the best care possible. Mark was absolutely wonderful during my tour. I was gathering info for my mom. He not only shared was very knowledgeable about Heartis but he shared other info about this communities and provided other suggestions. He is great! He spoke highly of the activities director and I was fortunate to meet her while I was there. I believe I would feel comfortable with my mom in that setting with what I learned.

As the Business Office Director, I have the privilege and pleasure to interact with both staff, residents, and family members! Our facility is beautiful, providing many extras like a swimming pool for cooling off, water aerobics, bistros, and beautiful courtyards. Our caregivers are friendly and conscientious. Our Vibrant life staff works hard, providing fun outings and activities that all residents can enjoy whether they live in independent living, assisted-living or memory care. Our Chef meets regularly with residents to tailor the menus according to our residents likes and needs. We have a wonderful team of concierges that do everything from scheduling transportation to doctors appointments to making sure everyone who walks through our doors feel welcomed and cared for. I would highly recommend Heartis to any of my family or friends!

My mother-in-law resided at Heartis for almost a year before recently passing. Before moving into Heartis, she lived at another community, where we did not have the best experience. Upon moving into Heartis, we saw immediate improvement in the quality of care and the professionalism of the staff. A diagnosis of Lewy Bodies dementia is incredibly taxing on the family and the caregivers. My heart goes out to all of those who have suffered with losing a loved one and experiencing the pain we felt while watching my mother-in-law decline rapidly. Immediately, we knew we had made the right choice by moving her to Heartis. The staff was incredibly attentive and passionate about caring for their residents. I truly appreciate all those that helped to provide love, support and care at the end of her life, and I will be forever grateful.

During this very stressful time of finding a safe and happy place for my parents as they would now need care moving forward, I truly hit the jackpot!! From my first step in the door I was greeted by Annie who immediately made me feel like family and showed such compassion. She worked with me for weeks as I was trying to move my parents from out of state. She checked in frequently over the span of 2 months and answered all of my questions along the way. Debbie, took the time to have many phone conversations to ensure that my parents were going to receive the exact level of care they needed. Finally move-in day came and the wonderful team of Wanda, Debbie, Mary, and Kendra worked to ensure that both of my parents were welcomed with open arms and made to feel safe and feel "at home". Kendra and Debbie both went above and beyond and worked with my parents to decide next best steps for their living placement. Mary continuously checked in with both of my parents and provided many updates on how they were adjusting each time I visited. The nursing and medical tech team is top notch… the nurses in memory care (Barbara, Aja, Bernadette, Maxine, and Brittany the activities coordinator and so many more) make sure to make the residents feel comfortable and bring smiles to ensure their day is the best it can be. The food is delicious and all of the buildings I have been in have been spotless. I am so thankful to have found this community and all of the amazing people that work there. There is no better peace of mind then to know your parents are safe and in the best of hands and Heartis Fayetteville gives me exactly that.

I recently toured and ultimately moved my mother into Heartis' Independent Living community. Annie and her staff we super patient and kind to my mother answering ALL of her questions and even made the signing process super simple for me as a working mom of 2 children. Upon her move in we were greeted by so many residents as well as the concierge and maintenance staff who made her feel welcome. I'm extremely grateful for everyone's kindness and patience with this process and am confident that my mom will transition smoothly into being a part of this wonderful community!!

I am moving to Heartis /Fayetteville in the near future and I just want to share my experience so far. I looked from Canton, Woodstock ,Roswell and Clayton and Henry Co and just could not find anything, that checked all the boxes that me and my Children were looking for . A dear friend suggested Heartis and I made an appointment and went to see the property. First impression was it was clean, Bright, Friendly, And Welcoming. Everyone I met was very kind. I had an appointment with Annie / Director of Sales and Mktg. and she was very professional, Knowledgeable and took all the time needed, she showed me a couple units and i went away thinking I had found my place. My daughter and I went back a couple days later and she felt the same way so we started the process. I still am excited to see and experience this next chapter in my life.

I cannot affirm strongly the kindness, helpfulness and thoughtfulness of the entire staff at Heartis as they have helped us navigate this difficult but necessary decision. We felt at home from the first visit. I continually am comforted by the sincerity of their kind words and thoughtful actions. The facility is beautiful, the menu is appealing, the activities are engaging and the care givers seem genuinely happy to assist my dad. We feel very blessed to be part of this community.

All employees are very friendly and take very good care for my sister. Heartis is very nice place to live and is always very clean. It is located close to Hospital and Doctors Offices if needed. They try to have activities that are engaging.

I would just like to complement all the staff at Heartis for their kindness and professionalism. I have lived here since July 2020 and everyone has been so polite and nice. My mother, Minnie Nix, was only there for a short while last year( July-Nov) but I can say with no hesitation that she received the best of care. When I say care, I don't mean just physically or professionally but genuine, loving care. The kindness and friendliness of the staff was wonderful from Joanne, the receptionist, Kayla, the social director, Kendra and Mary, the nursing staff and all the ladies who took care of her physical needs and checked on her. The staff at Heartis are real professional and nice. They go above their assigned duties to make you comfortable. We did not live here before the Covid virus to really get the outstanding service that was provided. Considering all that has happened during the virus I think Heartis has operated at the best of their ability. We recently acquired Mrs. Wanda Khayat and her staff and changes are being made to get us back to pre-Covid. We would like to thank all the staff for their hard work to make us comfortable. My family and I moved my mom into Heartis the first week of May 2020. The first few months were extremely difficult and heart wrenching due to the severity of moms Alzheimers disease and COVID. It was definitely a grieving process on my end and a settling in process on my moms end. Even though it took me awhile to let go and to understand that my mom was not going to get better, Heartis was patient, kind and extremely encouraging to me! They have always been available to help me through the process! They have done their very best to keep the residents as safe as possible through the pandemic. The facility is always very clean and maintained. When I visit my mom through window visits, I can tell that the inside is nice and clean as well. My mom is in memory care now. She seems settled and happy. The activities that are planned for the residents are great! The activity directors are always thinking of new things for the residents to do to keep them occupied and engaged. I am blessed and thankful to have such a wonderful facility so close by for my mom!!

She spent two hours with us, sharing details about the residence options, activities and lifestyles and really took the time to get to know us in the process. We were impressed with the quality of the room options, and the amenities offered, and will keep Heartis at the top of our consideration list as we evaluate long term living alternatives for my dad.

Moving into assisted living was a big transition for our mom. Our dad was in and out of the hospital and she had to make the move alone. From the very beginning the Staff at Heartis was wonderful. Although it took time, her words today would be I love this place and everyone here.From Management to nurses, caregivers, activity staff, maintenance and dining everyone has treated her and us with kindness, respect and loving care. When my dad was able to finally move in ( needing the highest level of care) we couldnt have asked for more. The love and support were overwhelming. It breaks my heart to say, my dad passed on April 1.The love, support and caring not only for my mom, but, for our family was and to this day has been never ending.Thank you Heartis

My sister has been a resident of the Heartis memory care unit for about four months now. It was a very difficult time for her when she had to leave her home. She was immediately made to feel welcome by everyone there. The staff is always very kind and accommodating. We visit her on various days of the week and times of day and the care is always consistent. Most of all, they love on her and make her feel very special and important. From top to bottom, we couldnt be more pleased.

My Montessori Upper Elementary class visits monthly to spend time with residents... We make cards for Meals-on-Wheels, play board games & BINGO, etc. Everyone is very nice, and the common areas in the facility are SPOTLESS. We look forward to our visits...

My mom was one of the first independent living residents to call Heartis home. We joked before she moved in that shed probably be so busy she wouldnt have time for me! Well guess what, its true! No joke! Im so happy with the social activities my mom is involved in with her circle of Heartis friends, both fellow residents and staff! It is so comforting to see how great everyone is with her. They truly treat her like shes family. So caring and always looking out for her. As a frequent visitor Im always greeted as family too. Great place. Caring, compassionate, kind people who provide a comfortable, collaborative environment for their residents.
