My mother-in-law lived at the Hope Center for just over 3 years before she passed away. We were a little apprehensive at first, but over time we realized she was in the right place. She received wonderful care, and the staff treated her like family. We are so fortunate to have found Hope.

Hope Care Memory Center in Fayetteville has been better than we expected for our family member. All of the activities that are planned for the residents are amazing. They are always doing something for them; taking them places on the bus; keeping them moving and active. This is so important and we are very happy with all the activities. My family member is becoming more used to being there and what goes on. Hope Care feeds them well and gives snacks. Our family member has gained weight since being there which has been great because at home we couldn't get them to eat regularly. They treat our family member well and are caring and compassionate to them. The Center is also always so clean. That is the first thing I noticed when I was looking at different places. I'm very impressed with how clean they keep it.

What a “WONDERFUL” memory care center, Hope Center is. They give “GREAT” care like no other. They are very pleasant, understanding and always smiling. The Care givers are great, the activities are awesome and I love seeing the residents busy. Sheca and Tiffany are “Marvelous”. Peyton is “Awesome”. Thank you all, for all you do for our seniors with memory problems.

I contacted Hope center early today and had a response back to my query in less than 30 minutes. Peyton sent over graphics and costs of the faculty and we even had a telephone conversation before 930 this morning. While I ended up choosing another facility(based on how close I could be to my mom), I was very impressed with Peytons professionalism and her attention to the time constraints I was working withIf Peyton is any indication of the staff at Hope Center, then this facility is jewel and should be seriously considered for memory care services of your loved one!

UPDATE (7/18/21) | Disappointment Continues I really appreciated the prompt response to my review of Hope Center - Fayetteville. Unfortunately, their leadership team doesn't seem to be as interested in speaking with me as the response to my review suggests. I followed up using the email provided by providing my contact information, but it has been over a week and I still haven't heard anything from anyone involved with the Hope Center. In my review, I suggested that a response by the individual in question wouldn't be a priority because their local management didn't think it was a priority. I guess this isn't just a local issue as I had initially thought as Leadership has also not made it a priority.....really disappointing. REVIEW Beautiful Facility, Disappointed Administrative Staff We recently visited Hope Center to see if it would be a good fit for our family member who has Dementia. The facility is beautiful, but the staff we dealt with were more than disappointing. Seeing a loved one failing because of Dementia is heart breaking, but realizing that you can no longer take care of that person takes it up another level. The application, their evaluation and the emotion over the time waiting for an acceptance decision was tough. In the end, Peyton felt that the decision to tell us about their denial was appropriate to send via text message. I want to be very clear that their decision is not the issue, but to deliver it by text message without the option of asking follow up questions is cruel. The minute the decision was received, we replied to the text asking for a call back to ask some follow up questions and Peyton's response was that she was in a meeting and would follow up - didn't happen. Four text messages and numerous voice mail messages to her went unanswered over the next 3 days. As our search for a facility continued and we waited for her to contact us, we escalated the issue to the Executive Director, Kathy who asked her Director of Wellness, Feka (don't know if that spelling is correct) to follow up and she did. Her response to our concern is that Peyton has been very busy and that not following up just wasn't like her. The lack of concern really gave light to why we weren't receiving a follow up call. In our eyes, once the decision was made they didn't need to communicate any more. And, if Feka didn't think it was a priority why would any of the other staff make it a priority? If our perception was incorrect a quick call would have given Hope Center the ability to correct that perception, but since they were "very busy" we will never know. This organization or at least two of their employees got so wrapped up in their day to day work that they seemed to forget that this is our loved one and finding a memory care facility for them is probably the hardest thing we've ever done. And, if this was their loved one, would they be ok with a decision by text and no ability to get any other information because no one had time to return a call.

We are a family twice touched by dementia. Weve had experience with three other facilities over the course of the past 12 year. While each did a good job taking care of our loved one, the care my mom receives from Hope Center Memory Care is absolutely the best we have seen. Kathy and her team not only do a great job of taking care of mom during this pandemic but they also show genuine care for how my dad is handling the journey as well. Thank you Hope Center - we cant tell you how much we appreciate being part of the Hope a family!
December 2020
Hope Center Fayetteville is by far the best senior memory care facility I have ever seen. I have never had an issue with anything there and I know that my Mom is well cared for and loved on. Highly recommend!!

My family was blessed to find The Hope Memory Care Center in Fayettville, GA to care for our parents. We have never been disappointed in any aspect of care. Our father was a resident in Wandering Brook where each staff member worked to accommodate and deal supportively with his ever changing needs. From his first day at Hope until his death Dec 10th of last year, we knew Daddy was receiving a level of care we could never get in a larger nursing home environment. Our mother also suffers from dementia and joined our father at Hope one month after we moved our daddy there. She is a resident in Sunny Surf where she is encouraged to participate in activities that keep her mind stimulated and engagedAs a family, we were welcomed in as extended family to other residents and staff. We are confident that Kathy Rainwater-Poe and her staff have our mothers best interest at heart and strive to keep her safe and ensure she is loved. I could highly recommend The Hope Center at Fayettville without any hesitation.

This is the third memory care facility at which my mother has resided and we are very pleased. She is content and very well cared for at Hope Center. The facility is very clean and the staff is exceptional. They have alleviated my fears and apprehension about leaving my mother in a memory care facility.

My sister, Pastor Eloise Young, has been at the Hope Center since November of last year. Our family has nothing but high praises for the wonderful care she has received. The staff is so professional, caring and always available to answer questions from family members. The facility itself is consistently clean, cheerful and welcoming. Every staff member vests special interests in giving families a strong sense of feeling secure in knowing their loved ones are being well cared for in the best possible ways. Our family held a Zoom 84th Birthday party for my sister and we cannot stop talking about the staff and how their wonderful participation made it such a success. Thank you HOPE CENTER for the many beautiful ways in which you add quality to the lives of our loved ones. THE YOUNG FAMILY

Thank you so much for taking great care of my mom. I appreciate your dedication, caring, and hard work especially during this difficult time. Thank you so much for being proactive and taking measures to ensure our loved ones are healthy and happy. Thank you for the fun activities you plan and carry out with the residents. Thank you also for setting up convenient FaceTime calls so we can keep in touch. Your staff has been wonderful, caring, and pleasant. B-Jay, Markita, and Connie are some I recall. Hoping to be able to visit later when things are better. Keep safe and know you are appreciated!

This is not a nursing home, you dont even get a nursing home vibe. Everyone is nice, the staff seems like they care about not just the patient but the whole situation and everyone involved. I wish we could afford to keep my grandmother here, they have been there only place I feel comfortable leaving her and not one time have I worried.
September 2018
What a wonderful place.
July 2018
Our experience couldnt have been better considering the circumstances. The staff is very professional and caring. The facility is only about 4 years old and very clean. Plus once we reached the Hospice phase, the working relationship between the two organizations was excellent. Nothing negative to report whatsoever.
March 2018
I am truly overwhelmed by the caring and compassion that exists at Hope Center Memory Care in Fayetteville. Everyone goes above and beyond to provide care not only for the residents, but for the family as well.At Hope Center, the caring and professional approach, the individualized care plans that foster growth in the residents cognitive abilities, the care that encompasses the entire individual, and the multitude of activities that keep the residents engaged, has truly been a blessing for my Mom. She has spoken more in the last few weeks than she has in the last six years. I may not understand all she is talking about, however, that she talks and is more engaged is such a blessing. We actually sang some Christmas carols together last week! The fact that my mom smiles a lot now and that she seems truly happy is just priceless to meI cannot thank everyone enough for all they have done for my family and I during a most difficult time and for so graciously answering my many questions. Also, I thank you for providing mom with the option of respite care during the crisis period when I could not adequately care for her at her home and prior to her transitioning to resident statusWhen I enter Hope Center Memory Care, I feel like I am home with family. I am forever thankful, grateful, and blessed to have been referred to Hope Center by someone I had never even met in personThank you all at Hope Center Memory Care of Fayetteville for truly living up to your Core Values.
