My sister is a resident at Coventry Place, and she absolutely loves it! Atlanta Senior Advocates, a senior advisory and placement service, introduced and recommended me to the property. Not being from the area, I trusted them because they specialize in working with families in finding the best caregivers and vet each senior living facility to find the best fit. My 62-yr old sister is a military veteran and is independent but needs some assistance with her daily health rituals and consistent administering of her medication. Following six weeks of physical rehabilitation, living independently was no longer an option for her. We toured a couple of other properties around Atlanta, but she liked Coventry Place instantly. We met with the director Christina, who was warm, genuinely friendly, informative and super knowledgeable. I believe that Christina’s compassion and understanding helped both my sister and I feel welcome and at ease. I also appreciated that wherever we went in the building, Christina always greeted residents and employees by name, and with a smile. It’s amazing how much the little things mean when you are going through such a transition. The facility itself is wonderful—conveniently located, clean, bright and full of residents of various ages, so my sister doesn’t feel like an “outsider” given her age. Large and inviting community rooms and exterior courtyard; library/game room; full kitchen and dining room; different chefs and DELICIOUS food! Staff here are great too. They are very responsive, accommodating, and really seem to care about the residents. There are plenty of activities offered and to choose from. Although I live out-of-town, I speak with my sister regularly and she has already made friends and is extremely happy living at Coventry Place. Respectfully, I am at peace that she is safe and given the proper care that she deserves. With so much negativity going on in the world, I’m so glad to share our positive experience and I highly recommend Coventry Place.

This facility’s common areas are very dirty, out dated, and unkept. The elevator is always broken. And the food is not healthy at all. And the care???? You MUST check up behind them and stay on them to ensure things are done and done right! We had to install cameras in my mother’s apartment to keep watch! The apartments are ok inside, depending on what floor, but it’s everything else that is raggedy! They will sell it to you tho like it’s a nice place but the staff are very unorganized, over worked and can be rude! And the Director [name removed]?!? Not professional in her demeanor at all! Even the EMT that came to see about my mother after falling said “I would never allow my family to stay here! It’s unsafe and they don’t care!” I removed my mother as fast as I could but she died that same week smh… Please don’t take you loved ones here! My mother died EARLIER THAN Drs expected because of this place and lack of quality care!

I have two brothers here at Coventry Place. Both are Vietnam Veterans and they love it here! I could not think of a nicer, safer, and more affordable Assisted Living Center. Additionally, hospitals, restaurants, grocery stores and shopping are easily accessible. Also, there are so many activities that residents can participate in and enjoy. Kaitlin and Deborah always greet us with a smile. Because I'm there often, I see first hand how pleasant the environment is and how well everyone interacts with each other.

This place is Awesome! We took our older sister to several locations to tour the facilities (referred by Tiffanie Beckles/A Place for Mom)...Well this one was AMAZING & a Perfect fit! Where do I begin? Let me start with my initial contact with the Sales Director, Katlynn. Her professionalism and enthusiasm truly impressed me. She truly LOVES this place and it shows Upon finally meeting her, she did not disappoint! We were actually greeted at the door by a tall older gentleman (Military Vet) that was so kind, he escorted us to the front desk...we later found out that he was an actual resident, not even a staff member. The ambiance is so warm, clean and friendly. The residents were friendly, they were even voicing how much they loved being there and telling my sister to reassure her. The rooms and closets are nice and spacious. They also provide activities and transportation in a Great location. I really appreciated the security in place as well. I say that this is the place where “Family & Community meet ” I'm sure it's obvious that this is our facility of choice!

I bought my mom to Coventry for a tour and lunch. I have to say that out of all the tours we had in the last month; my mom LOVEs the atmosphere at Coventry. The entire staff made us feel warm and welcomed. After our tour we sat down and had lunch with Nancy. The service in the dining room was wonderful! Everyone was friendly and very accommodating. Before we left; I met the Director of Personal Care, Ms. Yolanda. My mom felt so comfortable with her that before we left she looked at me and said; I found my new home. This made me feel so at ease and now knowing that mom will have a great place to call him. This entire team is amazing and I am glad we found this place. Thank you the staff at Coventry Place for making this a wonderful experience. Mom cannot wait to move in.

My mother moved into Coventry Place two years ago and we couldnt have asked for a better experience. Dont let the outside fool you, beautiful marble floors, stained glass and flowers everywhere makes for a lovely environment. The staff is professional and courteous with lively and energetic residents. Before we chose Coventry, we toured different communities and three things set it apart- much larger apartments, considerably lower cost and a positive energy. We recommend to everyone who is looking for a great value in a family-style atmosphere!
