My wife experienced a fall and required post hospitalization PT, OT and speech therapy. Our social worker recommended Vi as the best place for her care. It was the best decision for my wife. Her regular therapies were provided by competent and trained staff. Nursing support, nurses and nursing assistants, was excellent. The food was like dining out at a restaurant, spectacular. Although she only had a three week stay, the quality and friendliness of staff made for a very positive experience. On top of that I was able to get to know the staff who greeted me by name during my daily visits. Top-notch care.

Vi is the best! My dad spent almost two years in their skilled nursing unit, and they all went way above and beyond to take great care of him and our family. They became like family to me. Julie and team at the front desk, Adelia who runs the nurses station on the weekends, Amanda, Jennifer, and Kelly in the admin offices. Everyone is stellar. And then there's Michelle Showalter and the accounting team. From getting us settled in to helping me manage long term care insurance every month. The best in the business. I would highly recommend Vi at Grayhawk!

I am a physical therapist in the area and I have worked with a number of staff members and residents. The residents seem to love Vi Grayhawk and they seem truly cared for by the staff. I would recommend Vi Grayhawk without hesitation.

My parents moved into an Independent Living apartment at Vi Grayhawk over three years ago, and it was a great decision. I knew they had moved to the right place when, shortly after moving in, my Dad got 'wobbly' on the walk to the dining room, and quick as a flash one of the restaurant staff ran over and pushed a chair under him, and also a Security person came running over to see if he needed any help. It's clear the staff have been trained to look out for such incidents, and what to do when they occur. My parents have enjoyed the excellent facilities, the company of others, as well as not needing to deal with any home maintenance. At 94 my father became terminally ill and needed to go to the skilled nursing area. The care he was given was amazing - nothing was too much trouble, he was treated with dignity, and I could not have asked for more. My mother, at 93, is still in Independent Living, where she has found friendship and activities to keep her engaged. The management and staff are always helpful if any problems come up, and there are many large and small services that discretely support her continuing independence. This is especially important for me as I live in Australia. For anyone out there who is considering such a move for themselves or their parents, I would give my wholehearted recommendation.

My mother has been at Vi Grayhawk for 14 years. She started residing in the beautiful condominiums in independent living, and has since, needed a higher level of care as she just had her 98th birthday! I cannot imagine her ever being in a MORE wonderful place than the Vi! I was worried about her age progression and if she would receive the nursing care she may need . I reside in Denver Colorado, and therefore, have not been able to be there for her " on a dime ". Since then, with her being at the Vi, both in assisted living and recently in the skilled nursing unit, all my worries have vanished. One could not ask for a more attentive, professional, caring staff (literally everyone who works there!). I love visiting her and seeing her thriving and being content. I have also over the years made friendships with lots of staff who have all gone the extra mile for any and all requests I have made for my mom !!! I am so impressed that although I am just 61 years old, I sometimes wonder if I will reside at the Vi in my future! Seriously, it's more that a "10" all the way around in my book!

Vi at Grayhawk is a GREAT place to call home!! In our 3+ years at Vi, we have found a very caring, warm and wonderful retirement community. The people make this place special -- we are surrounded by a "second family". In addition, the staff goes above and beyond to provide us a wonderful quality of life.

We received more than expected in many ways. Jan Wiggins was very helpful in securing the unit, that was exactly what we had hoped for. The enmities, the personnel , the environment are always there for you.

My wife is a patient at VI's at Grayhawk. The administration and patient staff are great to work with. They are currently helping my wife and I deal with a complex medical issue to help my wife recover following surgery. The facility is immaculately clean and food service is top notch. Patients can easily control their room temperatures. I highly recommend this facility.

Very well designed community with supportive staff and activities. The grounds are just beautiful and the homes vary according to need and taste. The Care Center is also well staffed. Truly considerate.
