As someone who has toured senior living communities across multiple cities, this one genuinely stands out. The design is thoughtful and feels like home. Residents were visibly engaged and happy, which is the truest signal of a well-run community. Units are spacious and well-appointed. Highly recommend touring if you’re evaluating options.

Since posting my last glowing comments regarding Revel McDowel Mountain, there have been some issues of concern. Reliable housekeeping and water issues are a constant problem. I would address these issues if you are considering residency. On a positive note, it's a beautiful property with wonderful residents .

A member of our family is a resident there. She is very happy to have friendly people around. She likes the activities. Her apartment is new and spacious for a one bedroom. The public area is very pleasant, and the food is always good. A nice idea is the different portion sizes based on your appetite.

This is an updated review of REVEL McDowell Mountain now that we have lived here for nearly two years and have experienced quite a few new residents joining our community. The building is very well maintained and continues to look just like new. Dining services are truly exceptional and the activities both on site and around town are wonderful. The leadership here is so responsive and very hands on. We love living here. My husband and I moved here in Jan from Tucson and Revel is more exciting than I ever imagined. The community is beautiful and everyone is wonderful, from staff to the people who live here. The convenience of everything on site makes my life so much less stressful. Our apartment is beautiful and we couldn’t be happier.

I’ve been here a month, & these are my comments so far. What stands out is the staff, from the front desk, sales & business office, to maintenance to dining: Friendly, responsive and on the ball. I’ve had less contact so far with the activities staff because I’m kind of a hermit, but they seem the same. Staff & other residents make you feel welcomed and comfortable here. The food is tasty. That’s a short sentence, but anyone with experience in different kinds of independent- or senior-living communities knows this is huge. More amenities to explore, but these are my first impressions.

When we decided to look at Independent Senior Living facilities, Revel McDowell Mt. was on our list. After we had our appointment here, there was no reason to see any others - our choice was made! We felt comfortable from the moment we entered the lobby. The staff was amazing - answered all our many questions and made us feel comfortable. The residents were so welcoming - everyone had a smile and a "welcome" for us. We took advantage of the offered "staycation" to get an overnight feel for the facility and that just cemented our decision. Revel has many options for housing, but we chose the "Cottage", a cluster of ground level attached units on the perimeter of the campus, because it offered a little more outdoor space and a one car garage. We've been here just about a month now and we really feel at home. There are so many fun activities and the food is absolutely fantastic! We highly recommend Revel at McDowell Mt.

The amenities, entertainment options, and overall atmosphere are absolutely top-tier”this is luxury living designed with intention. Melinda and Dan are incredible to work with”welcoming, professional, and truly passionate about what they do. The entire staff goes above and beyond to make residents feel engaged, supported, and at home. I love their focus on keeping seniors active, social, and empowered. Their model and philosophy around aging is inspiring, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Revel to any client, family member, or friend.

My husband and I spent a staycation at Revel McDowell recently and we felt so welcome. The service is top notch and the food was superb. We toured the interior and casitas, everything is well thought out. I love that there is a hiking trail near the property too. All in all it is a beautiful place. Kelly was amazing. My mother and I went on a tour. We've seen 4 other places and feel revel is the best. All the staff is so kind. The place is clean and has a good layout. The little Cafe was wonderful. They are so kind and patient with those that live there. My mother doesn't use google review. But speaking on her behalf, she's thinking of moving into revel next year.

Last month, I visited my relatives at Revel McDowell Mountain, who had moved there about six months prior. From the moment I arrived, I was so impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Moreover, the sense of community among residents and staff was extraordinary. The facilities were befitting an upscale hotel resort, and the food and service were top-notch. Additionally, I was treated to musical entertainment as part of the robust calendar of recurring entertainment offerings. I never knew an assisted living community could be so wonderful.

My husband and I have toured a few 55+ facilities thinking for the future and what we want. Before Revel, they all felt like a place we would go when we could no longer live on our own. This place felt like we would live there to have fun and no longer have to do all the things that come with owning a home. We are at least 15 years away from this but so important to have an idea of what you want.

I recently toured Revel McDowell Mountain for my mother and was very impressed with the facility. As soon as we stepped foot in the building, we were immediately struck by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The concierge staff greeted us with smiles and a sense of genuine care. The sales team who led us on our tour were also very kind and knowledgeable. I was delighted to see residents laughing, playing cards, and swimming in the pool. It was clear that there was a strong sense of community here, which is something we were looking for. The units themselves were also very spacious, and the models gave us a good idea of what a unit would look like fully decorated. As we are planning this move for a year or two down the line, we are still in the process of touring different communities, however I felt inclined to leave a review on how much this community impressed us. Thanks so much for a wonderful tour!

I have had the pleasure of attending Musical, Professional and Veteran events at this Independent living community. As well as, touring the community with a client. Kellie, Tyler and Jill have been top rated with their knowledge of the community and it's amenities. The community itself is resort style with a spa, pool, pickle ball courts, a bar, fine dining and beautiful Mountain View's. I highly recommend the community.

The facility is beautiful, the mountain views stunning, and the facility staff very professional, warm and courteous. Cid & I have had the opportunity to attend the ribbon cutting at Revel Legacy which was Award Winning! The facility has everything one would want in either "downsizing" or perhaps just not wanting the responsibility of all home ownership requires. The staff is extremely warm and helpful, always with a smile! The networking event we attended recently was a great chance to see Revel Legacy doing what they do best... food and beverages were excellent and Kellie was her always enthusiastically charming self! Looking forward to spreading the word to those in the North Scottsdale area about this "Gem in the desert"!

I have personally never seen a more beautiful facility, all the amenities you could ever want. This is one of the few senior communities that I have been to that you could actually spend all of your time inside campus and never be bored. Don't even get me started on the food!! Everything here is absolutely excellent.

I have toured both the Legacy Blvd and Indian Bend properties and they are lovely. Super interesting concept in senior living with no big up front buy in required, no long term commitment. I highly recommend either of these properties to someone considering retirement community living!
