Making life transitions/decisions for a loved one is stressful to say the least but let me tell you about the folks at Coventry Place. Christina was the first person I spoke to and I would've signed the lease on the phone! And then I met her and toured my bonus mom's next "home." Immediately fell in love but it doesn't stop there. I then met Deb, now I want to move in with mom. But wait, there's more...Bobby is the first person you see when you walk in and should teach a class on how to be loving, knowledgeable, caring and kind because he's all these things and more. The entire nursing , house keeping, maintenence and kitchen staff are love and care personified. Everyone there cares about the residents as is evidenced in how much they interact with them. The best, best part is my bonus mom is so happy there. She's participating in things, chair yoga for example, that's she's never done before. We are so at peace knowing that we do not have to worry about mom's care and well being. All the Stars!

My mom lived here for almost 6 years, and I had a really positive experience with Coventry place. They took good care of her, and handled some of her idiosyncratic difficulties. They're good people.

Choosing the right place for my mom during this season of transition has not been easy. A Place for Mom led me to Coventry Place and I am so thankful. Christina, the Director of Sales, is nothing short of a blessing. She took the time to explain not just what they offer, but how and why it matters for residents like my Mom. Every detail from the dining experience to the activities and overall environment felt intentional and caring. What truly sealed it for me was the genuine kindness from everyone I met. It felt real, not transactional. Even the residents made us feel welcome. In a difficult moment of change, Coventry Place has given me peace of mind and that means everything!

Coventry Place has brought engaging and well curated resident events this Fall. The Octoberfest/ Fall Festval event had themed food and beverages, a photo scene, live entertainment and a festive atmosphere. Recently, they provided an exceptional Thanksgiving lunch for residents to invite 2 guests to share and celebrate with. The meal and atmosphere was delightful and a noteworthy social gathering.

My dad moved up from Florida a year ago and he's very difficult man but the staff at Coventry place were very patient and excellent with him and they do a great job caring for his needs. Christina and Deb helped make the transition as seamless as possible. The staff is always courteous and respectful to your wishes and needs of your loved one. I would recommend Coventry place to any family member that is looking to place a loved one in long-term care or in a independent assisted living type situation

I’ve been living here for nearly 4 years now. My time here has been pleasant. .I really enjoy my life here. There are activities , Bridge, backgammon card games, Bingo & many more activities. We can wash our own clothes. The food is served 3 meals a day. And The people are fun

My mother moved into Coventry Place a few months ago and has been very happy there. The move-in process was stress free and easy. Everyone from the staff to the other residents have been so nice and helpful along the way. They offer a wide variety of activities every day of the week which is nice. My mom also really enjoys the food in the dining room. It has been a smooth transition for her and we are very grateful for that

Coventry Place is a nice place to live. My brother has lived there over a year. The staff is friendly and available. He enjoys the interaction with the other residents as well as staff. The food served in the dining room is consistently good. Although the facility is dated and could use some renovation, his apartment is clean, new appliances, quiet, and cozy. The Coventry House is welcoming, and the overall vibe is pleasant. Plenty of activities and personal interaction. Close to shopping, Emory based hospital, pharmacies. They provide a shuttle as well. Overall a thumbs up!

When I had to leave my previous facility, how could I have ever known what a blessing in disguise it would be. Coventry has turned out to be my home away from home. I was an only child, but now I have sisters and brothers. The staff has always he’s done whatever they can do to make my life here what it is now. My sister is a resident at Coventry Place, and she absolutely loves it! Atlanta Senior Advocates, a senior advisory and placement service, introduced and recommended me to the property. Not being from the area, I trusted them because they specialize in working with families in finding the best caregivers and vet each senior living facility to find the best fit. My 62-yr old sister is a military veteran and is independent but needs some assistance with her daily health rituals and consistent administering of her medication. Following six weeks of physical rehabilitation, living independently was no longer an option for her. We toured a couple of other properties around Atlanta, but she liked Coventry Place instantly. We met with the director Christina, who was warm, genuinely friendly, informative and super knowledgeable. I believe that Christina’s compassion and understanding helped both my sister and I feel welcome and at ease. I also appreciated that wherever we went in the building, Christina always greeted residents and employees by name, and with a smile. It’s amazing how much the little things mean when you are going through such a transition. The facility itself is wonderful”conveniently located, clean, bright and full of residents of various ages, so my sister doesn’t feel like an outsider given her age. Large and inviting community rooms and exterior courtyard; library/game room; full kitchen and dining room; different chefs and DELICIOUS food! Staff here are great too. They are very responsive, accommodating, and really seem to care about the residents. There are plenty of activities offered and to choose from. Although I live out-of-town, I speak with my sister regularly and she has already made friends and is extremely happy living at Coventry Place. Respectfully, I am at peace that she is safe and given the proper care that she deserves. This facility’s common areas are very dirty, out dated, and unkept. The elevator is always broken. And the food is not healthy at all. And the care???? You MUST check up behind them and stay on them to ensure things are done and done right! We had to install cameras in my mother’s apartment to keep watch! The apartments are ok inside, depending on what floor, but it’s everything else that is raggedy! They will sell it to you tho like it’s a nice place but the staff are very unorganized, over worked and can be rude! And the Director [name removed]?!? Not professional in her demeanor at all! Even the EMT that came to see about my mother after falling said “I would never allow my family to stay here! It’s unsafe and they don’t care!” I removed my mother as fast as I could but she died that same week smh… Please don’t take you loved ones here! My mother died EARLIER THAN Drs expected because of this place and lack of quality care!

I recently had to move my mother from Florida to Coventry Place. This was an emotional time for our family, but the staff at Coventry made the transition seamless and are so caring and responsive to my mother. Mom loves the art activities, says the meals are good and she adores her caregivers, Rebecca and Jackie!

I have two brothers here at Coventry Place. Both are Vietnam Veterans and they love it here! I could not think of a nicer, safer, and more affordable Assisted Living Center. Additionally, hospitals, restaurants, grocery stores and shopping are easily accessible. Also, there are so many activities that residents can participate in and enjoy. Kaitlin and Deborah always greet us with a smile. Because I'm there often, I see first hand how pleasant the environment is and how well everyone interacts with each other.
