My mom has been in this living situation for several years. It's almost impossible to get a hold of someone over here. And when you do they're incredibly snarky. I had one situation where someone from the facility contacted me. They told me I needed to call them immediately because my mom was in the hospital and they needed to start making decisions. What does that sound like to you? It's me it sounded like Mom was in a serious situation possibly dying. I tried to call back but no one responded. I called several times trying to get through. When I finally contacted the person she reprimanded me . Trust me why I continue to call her? When I explained the message she left me she didn't even apologize she was just continue to be snarky. In addition to that mom needs extensive help with hygiene, caring for herself, all the things you expect them to do in an elder care facility. They do nothing. She sits in her own piss all day. It's pretty horrible. I sent her clothes, little goodies shampoo and hygiene products. They don't get to her. I'm not sure where they go. These people are getting paid a fortune to take care of your elderly family. Yet they continue to treat people pretty horribly. They are an example of terrible elder care. Possibly abusive. We've moved mom now and I'll feel much better about that.

The Admissions Director, Laurie, was instrumental in my in-laws decision to move into Monticello Park Assisted Living Community. She gave us a wonderful tour and reserved a beautiful one bedroom apartment for my in-laws. She also provided us with information regarding emergent hospice services in congruence with Monticello Park. Both my in-laws are now living in this beautiful and safe residence. The nursing care and staff have shown them great kindness and assistance. We are so thankful to the team at Monticello Park Assisted Living.

Bringing my 92 yr old Aunt here for a tour turned out to be such a lovely day! We had lunch, sitting with two sweet ladies who were relatively new to Monticello Park and really enjoying their new homes! All those we came into contact with were friendly and welcoming. Our tour guide Laurie was great and gave us all the pertinent information needed to help with my Aunt’s decision to move to this fine residential place. She is very excited to begin her new adventure into Independent Living at Monticello Park!

My Mom Angie has been with Monticello Park for 15 months now. We have gone through several changes in staff. Most changes have been a good improvement. Like most Facilities it's hard to get & keep good help. The important thing is my mom is happy there. She has met new friends and loves dining room food and the different activities. Like Bingo, Music, etc. Always important for Family to stay involved. I have got to know a lot of staff. Who I can count on consistently to help with things for Mom. Shout out to Laurie Hulsey for always being there to answering all my concerns. She is one of a kind. Most questions are not in her job title. But she has a big caring heart and will get me to the right person to answer me. More caring hearts I want to name who Mom, and I really appreciate all they do for her. My husband and I moved into Prestige Senior Living Monticello Park in the middle of January. This facility stood out for us because of the availability of a two bedroom apt, the large kitchen, the quite surroundings, the friendlyness of the residents, location, the welcome we felt at our first meal, availabilities, and Laurie's explaination of services and also the delicious food. I am gluten free and the chef has always provided alternatives for this alergy. The ability to purchase a meal ticket for our guests was another positive point. We have had a granddaughter and son over several times and they have also enjoyed the meals and the chance to dine with us. Another plus was that we could bring our pet cat (Muffin) with us. She is adapting just fine and enjoys the view out the windows. We have been treated royaly and love being here.

My family and I looked at many different places and i have to say, Prestige was the perfect place for our aging parents. We wanted to know they would be living in a safe and caring environment. Prestige has been that since day one. The staff are not just workers. They definitely go above and beyond. More like extended family. This place is also affordable for working people. We never thought they would ever be able to afford a senior living apartment, but to our surprise the cost was achievable. It’s literally a cruise on land. Life goals for us all.

I would just like to leave a short message,,,, on July 20 thru July 22 my wife and I drove from Spokane to visit my mother who is a resident at Monticello Park,,,, even though she has only been there since February 2024 and my first visit there I have to say it was a pretty magical place,,,, my wife and I had lunch and dinner there 2 of those days joining my mother,,, the staff over the weekend was truly terrific,, several ladies with long black hair were so so nice to us and the residents calling g each of them by Miss Rita,, Miss Lori,,, was always Miss or Mr,,,,, food was fantastic although I can't remember the employees names I do remember a lady by the name of Paige,,, and ladies with long dark hair and I apologize for not remembering their names. Even went on a walk Monday morning around the building at 9am. So I just want to say Thank You for taking wonderful care of my mother Rita and a Hats off to the weekend staff for being so nice,,, may I say Stand and give yourselves a big round of applause because I can feel relaxed in Spokane that my mother along with others are being taken care of.. I have been working with Laurie Hulsey the Community Relations Director to learn more about the facility as we are looking for a safe, comfortable and welcoming community for our parents. She has been so valuable in all the information she has given us, following up regularly without us having to ask and so welcoming. I took my parents on a tour and they were so happy with all they saw, the friendly community and mostly how Laurie listened and answered their questions and was patient and attentive to their needs. I can't be more appreciative in this time of transition to have the support and valuable resources she has provided.

I've lived at Monticello Park for a year now and I think management has been doing an excellent job. My apartment is excellent. I think our management, care takers and other employees have been doing a wonderful job.the kitchen has some delicious meals for us all. The activity director has done a great job providing bingo, sing alongs and exercise - floor by floor since there can't be large groups. Overall the management and staff have done a great job getting us through the pandemic and I personally want to "Thank You!"

I moved here in December 2019, my apartment is comfortable, every staff member that has helped me has been pleasant and caring. I have yet to meet anyone who is cranky or unpleasant. During this pandemic I'm quite comfortable emotionally, I miss the other residents, but we get to play bingo and exercise weekly. Even though its smaller groups, it is nice to say hi from a distance.
