During my father's stay at Fieldstone Memory Care, both my mother and I were so appreciative of and touched by the attentive care he received. The thoughtfulness and dedication of each staff member with whom we interacted was impressive. It was obvious that they very much cared about their work and their patients. And there were times at which Zaundra and her team just went way above and beyond what we could have ever expected. We feel very fortunate that my father spent his final months in such an excellent facility. We couldn't have asked for a better situation. And I should add that it's not just the direct care side of the organization that stands out; the other aspects of the process (e.g., finance, administration, etc.) benefit from highly caring and competent staff as well. That really helped to reduce stress at a time that already involved plenty. I highly recommend Fieldstone.

Management unacceptable - they don't keep appropriate records, treat family poorly and do not communicate well. This is not the place for a higher level dementia patient or for families with loves ones who need communication and support .

We were fortunate to have connected with Michelle Perales when my sister-in-law was needing help due to her dementia. Michelle went above and beyond assisting us with the process of placing Kathy in assisted living, and even accompanied her and a friend to a doctor's appointment to obtain the admission orders. We quickly discovered that my SIL would need Memory Care Services, and Michelle and staff again assisted us with the transition to a more secure unit. All of the staff have been helpful, warm, and compassionate, both with my SIL and with my husband and I as we deal with her progressive dementia. I can't think of a better place for her to live, and am so grateful to each staff member for their care.

We had to place a friend into memory care and were able to get him into Fieldstone. The care was excellent and the employees made him feel at home. I am so glad he was able to spend his last year of life being cared for and surrounded by a loving staff. I would highly recommend this facility for those needing TLC during a very difficult time of a loved one's life!

On behalf of my 91year old Grandfather, Albert Stone(who doesnt have an email account), he would like to share how happy and grateful he is for the staff at Fieldstone Memory Care. After no longer being able to do everything he could at home for his wife(my grandmother) of 71 years, Betty, he decided that Fieldstone, being a top of the line facility, would became her new home in August of 2020. The staff at Fieldstone quickly became Bettys family and cared for her with the utmost respect until her passing in March of 2021. It would be difficult to name all the people of the Fieldstone staff who showed such tenderness and empathy during our families time of need and Bettys final days, but rest assured, our family is forever grateful for each and everyone of them! I have never seen or experienced a staff, both corporate and front line that care so genuinely for their residents. Each staff member is willing to go above and beyond at any time. Residents are well cared for, spoiled even (as it should be!) Owners and corporate staff are present and involved in day to operations which eliminates the red tape and delays in decisions and cares. The dining staff and chef are amazing, the food cant be beat. I can not say enough about how wonderful this community is!

Caring, respectful and knowledgeable! My grandma spent her last years here and she could not have been more well cared for, in fact, many of those caregivers she counted as friends. It was always fun to visit her. My other grandma now volunteers here and loves it.

My mother was a resident for an extended stay until her passing. Every visit was a new opportunity to see gifted and loving professionals serving the needs of those in their care. Mom had nothing but praise for those who attended to her needs. She was treated like a cherished member of the family. Thanks to all who made her life safe, secure and wonderful. The staff and hospice took amazing care of my grandpa. His whole time the nurse staff made sure he was comfortable and not in pain. They kept us informed all the time An took him as their own. My grandma and me are grateful that he was happy while he was there. Unfortunately he passed Monday but the staff An everyone there comforted us with their warmth and prayers an really made sure we were ok An they send us flowers for my grandpas passing thank you so much for your support and thank you for making my grandpa comfortable.

My mom has been a resident at Fieldstone in Yakima for 3+ years. She loves the staff and the beautiful facility and grounds. She feels safe, loved, and cared for. The nursing staff have advocated on her behalf for various programs and support that have improved her quality of life in many ways. It is the greatest comfort to me that I dont have to worry about her being cared for, but instead am able to enjoy our time together. My greatest joy is being able to bring my grandchildren to visit their great-grandmother in an environment that encourages and welcomes their visits, and provides activities for us all to enjoy together. You cant put a price on peace of mind, or treasured time with your loved one.

When I go to visit Memory Care, all the patients look happy and well taken care of. I witness staff members going above and beyond to make sure everyone is comfortable and the environment is always clean. The meals are appealing and a nice variety is offered. i would HIGHLY recommend the care and value of this community to other families.

BEST facility of its kind in Yakima! Our mother has been a resident at Fieldstone for 3 months and I can honestly say, it just gets better and better. Having had her in 3 other facilities, without any reservation, to us...Fieldstones facility, staff, programs, amenities, and most importantly care, is second to none! The dementia journey with our mom has been very difficult...but with the love, care, and support of the Fieldstone family, not only have we been able to resume normalcy (with peace) in our personal lives...we are now able to enjoy mom in hers.
