Look no further, BEST community in town. Staff are very warm & welcoming, as were the residents. Brought my grandmother in for a complimentary lunch that did not disappoint, servers were very responsive and friendly. We liked the baked cod and Alice's chicken salad, Although a great variety of options to choose from. I feel that the cleanliness of the community expresses their attention to detail in a positive way. Feedback from the residents we visited with was positive and inviting, a few mentioned the vast amount of activities they are happy to engage in. Grandma has called off the search, and is happy to call Brookdale home sweet home. Thank you to all the staff there for your empathy, reassurance, and efforts to keep Grandma safe & happy.

This is the 3rd facility that I have moved my father to, I feel confident in the staff and management. They offer great facilities, caring people and a very close knit group of residents. I spent several days visiting during the transition and was impressed with the great meals and activities. Our furniture movers did not arrive in time which initially caused me alot of stress. Manny graciously offered a temporary room with a bed/bedding and fully staged to allow my father the comfort and security that he needs. Great job and I feel that I made the right choice!!

Emily and staff have been wonderful to work with while transitioning my parents into ALF from their home they have lived in for 45 years. During this hard time in their life, the Yakima Brookdale staff have been professional and compassionate. During all interactions, questions have been focused on getting to know mom and dad and what their needs are as well as their interests, goals, etc. Thank you Emily and Staff!

Been working here since 2018, and I have to say the comradery is unlike any other workplace Ive experienced. Everyone is ready and willing to step up and help each other out when things get busy around here. The staff spends quality time making connections with our residents to ensure that all of their needs are met day to day. Its so nice to work with people who truly care about doing their jobs well.

My mom has lived there for just over a year now. I have been very pleased with the love and caring she's received. The staff got her quickly integrated with social activities. Now she's spends most of her day in the main living room so she can interact with everyone.

I have been working for here for a few months now and honestly I can say I would recommend family or friends to come down and live here or work here. This is a beautiful place and people seem very genuine and caring.

While looking at different properties for my father, this property seemed like a nice place. We didnt care so much for the rooms however. The set up wasnt necessarily to our liking. They cost a little more as well compared to other places, but thats just because they offer more care services. Since this wasnt necessary for my father, we didnt move forward with them. But overall, it is a nice place.
