I absolutely love working here! I'm priveledged to be apart of an amazing team, amazing residents, and amazing families of our residents. To touch one person's life a day is a personal goal of mine ( if more, that's a bonus) and in the process, my life is touched, daily, by everyone I work with and by the population I serve. My mom really loves it there. She has made some really good friends. The administration and staff have done an excellent job dealing with COVID-19 and keeping both residents and staff safe. Could improve on the quality of the food a bit.

When our mother reached the time in her life where she needed more care, we searched for the right new-home for her. We are so glad we found Fieldstone OrchardWest. Her apartment is perfect for her, a small kitchen, good storage and a washer, dryer was a must-have. The facility is clean and spacious. And the staff... ohhhh the staff. They are so good with her and they show they really, really care about her as a person and for her health. Our family knows that when we cant be there, she has the 24 hour care that she needs. These folks go the extra-step!

Our mother has lived at Fieldstone since they opened. She has received outstanding care and attention. It is very clean, and the team goes out of their way to be helpful and kind. Food is wonderful We do not live in the area and they are quick to respond to any questions we may have, in addition they set mom up on weekly zoom calls for us!!!

My parents have lived at Fieldstone Orchard West for 3 1, 2 years now and I am so grateful that they are safe and well taken care of daily. They enjoy the many activities, especially cornhole and bingo and they go to the exercise classes every morning. I know that they are being well fed and the staff has treated them with love and respect. I couldnt have found a better place for them to live out their senior years together!

Wonderful food. Clean and safe environment . No COVID cases here! Greeted by staff and others daily. Very efficient and qualified caregivers. .Beautiful grounds with fountains and flowers to enjoy. Outside seating near fountains. I love sitting on my little patio by my back door—-even have a planter of my own. Ive been here for more than three years and love meeting new neighbors! Most of all I look forward to playing the gorgeous grand piano in the lobby! There are activities and get togethers in a way we can still distance and mask.

I have never seen or experienced a staff, both corporate and front line that care so genuinely for their residents. Each staff member is willing to go above and beyond at any time. Residents are well cared for, spoiled even (as it should be!) Owners and corporate staff are present and involved in day to operations which eliminates the red tape and delays in decisions and cares. The dining staff and chef are amazing, the food cant be beat. I can not say enough about how wonderful this community is!
